Bring back previous features
I agree with Bassy; please bring back user features such as pinch zoom and horizontal view. I agree with SV Event Horizon; please get scaling right when opening early morning. I’d also like to be able to change the picture when app boots up; I’d like to not see the same people every time I open the app.
I loved the previous version it’s features and wish Fronius kept and built upon the functionality that we grew fond of.
It seems Fronius need to be forthcoming in letting new users know that the ‘pro’ version is free, or at least it was when I installed my PV system in 2019 (it that’s changed I really feel for new users as the data limitations are significant)
Thanks to Fronius for a great inverter and for the great ongoing customer support I’ve received since 2019. This doesn’t shine through in the reviews I’ve read and the brief responses from the front desk (“... I’ll pass this on to the right department...” doesn’t come across well). I’m pleased to say the customer support is very good.

The app seems to log you out every day or so (sometimes more than daily). So you need to re-enter your name/pwd *and* accept the terms and conditions every day.
The app hangs every second or third time it goes into the background. When you bring it back to the front… it becomes unresponsive and shows some old data. Restarting the app causes another login.
Logins themselves can be unreliable. For example, today I’ve been trying to login for 10 minutes. No go.
When it is running - you often get the message “we can’t receive any data from the selected PV system”.
You also often get “no data available” in the history view.
Clicking settings - you are told that you need to be taken to the web view to manage settings. Clicking on that takes you to a “no permission” error on their web page.
With all those usability issues aside (and they *are* annoying), the app does usually do what it says it will - show you the power movement around your house and solar install. It uses quite pretty graphics.Show lessPaul.xyz

I was hoping the app update would have fixed the issue of power updates. It will show the current production For day mth and total but switching to history the day comes up ok but the month will lack up to 2 or 3 days of data and yearly total is also out. I have iPhone 11 with latest iso. The only fix is to shut the phone down and restart which brings up the correct data. Trying this app on an iPad to see it the issue goes away. Have previously raised this and solution was to get latest app trouble was that’s what I was using.

The new update to the interface showing production and consumption is great, it avoids having to go to the website.
However, if leaving the app from the history page, it gets stuck trying to load the data and freezes when opening again, requiring you to close the app fully and reopen. If this glitch could be rectified it would be a great app.Show lessLuke1500fr

Since installation everything worked brilliantly.

I usually don’t write bad reviews, but this app is bad. When first installed it wouldn’t load my info. Had to delete the app and reinstall it. Finally I’m connected but the main screen has a little circle on it with what it’s producing at that moment and you can barely see it.Feltfc

Sadly this newer app that replaces the old version of solar web has less features and displays less information.
One feature that can easily be improved is being able to pinch and zoom on the history, or even be able to turn your phone sideways to get more detail on the graph. Please bring back some of the previous features to your new app and the ability to actually change settings in the app rather than click the button for setting and then being taken to a website.Show lessBassy

App works reasonably well, however does have a problem with the History graph not displaying correct vertical scale when first opened - requires switching to a previous day to make the scale update correctly. I.e. when first opened the vertical scale is usually showing 350 watt hours when it should be 4 or 5 kWh. Switching to the previous day then back to current day will correct this scaling error - but it would be much improved by making the scale read correctly on initial opening.Show lessSV Event Horizon
