I have registered, put in password, then tried to login. App replies incorrect login/password. Will send email directions, but I get no email!!!!

Crashes and logs you out
The app feels like I built it (I can’t build apps). It’s slow and crashes frequently plus logs you out often.Yenoteo
Constantly need to login again
When the app is running I have no complaints. I’ve only had it installed for a week, so I’m still getting to know it. However, almost every time I open the app it asks me login again with username and password! Surely it should remember this for longer periods of time.CrispinRoy
Intermittent information
When it works, the app is great. But every week or two the daily energy tallies (as viewed in the month view) freeze up and stop recording. Tech support says to clear the cache and/or delete and reload the app, both of which I have done; following this intervention the app tracks fine for a few days and then the same problem shows up again. Rather frustrating.
Separate issue - sometimes when I open the app a get only a white screen which lasts for at least 10 seconds, after which I give up and close the app.Show lessJames in Northern Indiana
Update glitch
With the latest update I have to log out and log back in to see my monthly amounts. It freezes on whatever day I load and even though it updates the daily the monthly won’t.UppityGinger
Nice app but results seem to be glitchy at times
Love using this app to monitor my solar production however it seems to somehow lose data at times. For instance looking at each day in the month for previous month lost all results but two days. For the same month however on the yearly view shows the right total. This current month shows the right values per day but the month total is super low. I cam say data had been showing, then days later stuff seems missing. Love the app but would love if results stayed accurate.Show lessTim2732

Here’s a few suggestions:
I’ve looked around on the app but I can’t find anyway to change the time from 24hr time to 12hr time. On the website you can change this but it doesn’t affect the app itself.
Another great feature to add would be notifications at certain watt levels, it would be nice to be notified when the wattage is high or drops below a set number.
Widget integration would be great, having it display the current wattage and maybe a small graph on the home screen would be incredibly convenient.Show lesshghjjjh

The app is fine re data plots etc. What really annoys me is having to log in so often … why cannot the app remember username and password! It seems each update requires re-entry or sometimes it is random. It is really annoying and I will probably stop using and delete the app and just use the web version. I don’t understand the two star rating. This app is so much better than the old one. The Home Screen is far more useful, the UI more pleasing, and it is more intuitive overall. The history graph is also more useful and easier to interpret as it shows production, self-consumption, and overall consumption - figuring that out in the old app was a dark art. The feed data is almost instant. The only thing that *might* be missing from the old one is landscape view, but you can scroll across the graph to get detailed data from throughout the day in this one, so even the new graph is better.Show lessSomeRandomBl0ke
Crook that you have to pay for premium
I paid a fortune for the expensive fronius product which I understood to be the best and to have a great app. Little did I realise they only give you limited access and then try and sell you premium access to your own solar data. As far as I am concerned that is absolutely crook. The ombudsman should have a look into this.

You know full well that a big lure to pay for the premium version is to get access to your full solar data history, otherwise you would make it available freely, as you should. I've got no interest in your added features such as weather forecast, I can get one of those for free too.
