  • Great experience!

    I recently used the Dora app and I was impressed with its features and friendly support. I had lost my card in a restaurant and was worried about my account security, but the app's freeze feature allowed me to quickly protect my account. I contacted the support team and Jeff helped me to solve the problem without the need for a new card. He was very friendly and patient, and went above and beyond to assist me. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this app and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a secure and convenient banking solution.

    Great banking app! Super easy to signup for an account and setup bill pay. Love that there’s no minimum balance and best yet, it’s free!

    Could not submit an application theres only one way to submit application and no customer support no other options.

  • Do not use this as your main checking account.

    I went to the atm at my local CVS store to get cash . So I put my card into the atm and it said I was going to be charge $3.00 to withdraw my money I do not understand why. Because I went to the gas station which has the same atm like the one in the CVS. And I was not charge a fee at that one. To make the matters worse I put my pin in and it said it was the wrong pin. And I try changing it on the app which did not work. So Dora block my card and I have to call customer service to unlock it and change my pin. Dora need to fix their app. And also get a website for people can look up account info there as well. So I will be using big banks and my local credit union cause at least I can get help faster there.

  • Stay Away

    Had this account for a month. Just when I started to deposit money into the account, I wake up to an email the next day…saying my account has been closed due to suspicious activity. Glad I was smart enough to only deposit $0.33 to test the account.

    If you think you’ll use them, try a very small deposit first, just to test things. Glad I didn’t have my paycheck deposited because they would have stolen my money.

    Just beware. Glad I can share my experience to maybe help others.

    I love this app so much it’s helped me so much financially!! And it’s also helped me save and I got verified so easy with social security.
  • Just another money hungry bank

    I liked Dora fine at first, no issues. And then, I put the wrong pin in on accident twice and they froze my card without telling me. Super embarrassing and frustrating. Whatever. So I needed to deposit a $100 check, and I thought “ive done mobile deposit with dora before, I will just do it on there” and now for absolutely no good reason they’re holding my check for 7 days and customer service was super condescending about maybe I should have set up direct deposit- they wish. I would never trust them with that. Now my family won’t eat this week, ȶƕɐמΚಽ Ԁ🄋ʀA!

    I have been using Dora for over 2 months and I love how there are no fees as well as how everything is digital. It also helps that Dora is backed by Credit Unions and NOT a bank
  • Man the support center is terrible.

    You guys have this weird way of protecting yourself from fraud which is why you got me waiting more than 10 days to access $96.00 from a deposited check. That’s so stupid and I need to know if I can expedite it. So far I do not like this app. There should be no reason I’m waiting more than 10 days to access this very small amount of money.
