Scary APP !!!
Downloaded the app. Even spoke with service on the phone. They advised they don’t pull any consumer report at all, only verify identity. After applying I receive a message they’ll need to “review” my info??? Next morning I wake up and get an email saying I was denied??? Seriously??? WHAT SYSTEM ARE YOU USING??? I’ve lived at the same address for over a 18 months!!! They didn’t even ask me for a copy of my DL or SS card??? Who does that??? I went to my local credit union and walked out with a bank account and debit card in about 10 minutes. Dear “Bank Dora” you’re a joke!!!Show lessNavyman21

I love this app and account. It is so user friendly, I get all the same features I do with one of my credit union accounts where I get my direct deposit 2 days early from my employer, and I can use the card hassle free anywhere. Highly recommend this product!!!qswrghi
Worrisome
They want a copy of my signed social security card and I don’t understand why. I’ve never had a financial app ask me for this before.gillja
