Software Problems….
After a number of emails backwards and forwards I finally got help.
A lady from the help desk rang and we went through all the settings and found some how a strange email address had landed in the section where my email should have been.
The big problem was my changer was showing OFFLINE. And there was no way to Bring it back on line.
It all turns out that this strange email address was the big problem.
Anyway all is sorted and I got my car fully changed last night
The lady who rang was great she new the App inside out .

We understand that the current smart charging setup may not be intuitive for users who want to charge during off-peak hours consistently. We'd like to clarify that the smart charge option can be set to recur every day, allowing users on off-peak tariffs to charge during the night by simply selecting smart charge for off-peak hours. The app will automatically recreate the schedule every day based on the selected off-peak times. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure a more seamless charging experience for our users. Still has issues
I have two cars and other charge one after the other at off peak. When I unplug one car 1hrs 15 mins into cheap rate and use the charge now function it only always me to pick 1 hour intervals meaning I will run over or below the off peak rate.
Also the cost function just doesn’t calculate properly
Regretting purchasing a project EV charger due to the poor app solutions offered.

The restricted charging hours information can be seen in the charging status widget on the home page.
