  • Email Invalid / Constant Crashing

    I tried contacting Keet at the contact email in the app, the email bounced back saying it was invalid email. It was to contact about the buggy performance and the constant crashing of the app upon marking a exercise complete (every time). I guess the company providing the service only wants to take money from the companies and practitioners and not provide quality service and support. Fix your app and actually accept constructive criticism, or stay crappy and lose your income.

  • Terrible after update

    I can’t login since you’re update. I’ve tried to log in over and over again and it doesn’t let me into the app so I can’t do my therapy workouts! I’ve tried to email you, but there is no email address that I can find. I’ve shut it down and restarted it. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and nothing is helping! You need to fix this app, please!!

  • Major Improvement

    Update3: with every update, this app doesn’t get any better. The videos still freeze or videos don’t load. I’m a visual person and need to look at the videos to make sure I’m doing my physical therapy correctly. Another issue is you mark that you completed the exercise it doesn’t goes away. You have to keep going in to initiate complete over and over again and scroll down a few times to have it go disappear. I’ve emailed the company previously with no replies a few times and this app still needs improvements.

  • Useful after PT but app is so buggy

    All my exercises got wiped off after the app crashed!
  • Constantly signs out

    The app constantly signs you out, so you have to enter your login every time. This is really counterproductive.

  • Have to re-login every single time

    The app is buggy, but the biggest complaint I have is that I have to re-login every single time I open it, regardless of how long it’s been closed.
  • Very buggy

    Videos from exercises other than the one you’re focused on expand and play on their own. You can’t do exercises out of order. Swiping screens left/right sometimes leaves you halfway between the two screens. I’m ready to go back to a print-out with just pictures of the exercises.
  • Can’t access

    I can’t login. I ask for username and/or password reset but never receive an email (no, not in junk). I got in once when I first started but not since, no idea why. I can tell from the way PTs don’t push the app or have any solution for me that they’re used to it being a problem.
  • Forgets your login

    This is a good exercise app, but it is hampered by the need to log in every time you use it. Username and password, every time. When you’re using the app twice a day for prescribed physical therapy, this is a pain.
