Description of StriveHub

Supercharge your rehab therapy experience—and stay digitally connected to your care team—with the StriveHub app. When you’re a patient, it’s easy to misplace paper handouts from your therapist or forget how to complete your home exercises. But with StriveHub, you can ditch the paper and follow along with HD videos—whether you’re at home or on the go. You can also track your exercises and let your therapist know when you’ve completed them. Access carefully curated content straight from the app, and directly message your therapist if you have questions or concerns about your routine. With StriveHub, the hardest part of following your home exercise plan is remembering to charge your phone.

Reviews of StriveHub

  • Helpful, but Poor Funtionality

I really like that my Physical Therapist can update my exercises and descriptions and I can see them right away with videos. It really helps with my complicated plan. BUT…the “workout” function that is supposed to let you check off the exercises and keep track of what you have done each day doesn’t work at all. It either doesn’t let you check the boxes or randomly fills them in.
  • Knowledge is well being

I came to therapy for a vertigo treatment and learn now so much more about improving my general strength and condition.
Heather is a very observant and educated therapist who doesn’t stop treating you for the “ issue” you came in but looks at your whole body, posture, muscle conditions.
I am learning a lot and are very excited about it!

  • Same Problem for Years

I’m new to the app and was excited to have it available. Day one was great. After my next PT session, new exercises were added so on Day Two I started my workout. I had completed and checked off two exercises when the app stopped letting me check off more. I then followed the advice given by the app for technical issues and sent an email to support. It came back “undeliverable: email address does not exist.”

Came here only to see that people have been complaining about this SAME problem for at least 3 years. Obviously it’s an abandoned app. Will let my PT practice know to search for a better one.
