App crashes and logs me out constantly
It was hard enough just to sign in for the first time —you better not need to look in your notes, etc., because everything will clear when you even act like you are going to another app. I was able to log in online and therefore create my credentials and then use those to log in on the app. Face ID will never work and says I have invalid credentials. Yesterday I was able to check off my exercises one by one as completed. Today, it’s kicked me out of the app multiple times, then each time I clicked Start Exercises, it would seemingly do nothing, but if I tried to mark one complete, it just took me to the instructional video. Once I closed the app and logged back in, it then showed all my exercises marked as done for today (even though I was not able to mark a single one on my own). It would be a good app if it didn’t have so many glitchy problems.

Issues with app
I like the idea of the app and it worked well the 1st few days. Now it doesn’t let me check off the exercises I do. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling app, turning my phone off and on to no avail. I also need to sign in a few times each visit and it does not let me use Face ID. I noticed plenty of others have the same issues.

Everyone is super nice. I saw a difference in my back after day 1. This place is best by far with the PT I’m getting here than other places I have been
