For starters, I came across The Pilates Class on Instagram and I’ve been hooked. To be honest, I’m not someone who works out on the regular and every year that was definitely one of my resolutions. Then I came across The Pilates Class app and it was so convenient. It felt like I had a workout buddy at all times. I’m a new mom and my body has gone through so many changes and the postnatal classes have really helped build up my strength and confidence. After having a year with so many highs and lows and a lot of uncertainty, it’s really comforting to be doing something just for me! It’s something I look forward to and each day and the app just makes it even more convenient. I have the annual membership and when you divide that, each month is less than Netflix. Now which gym can say that?

Loving these classes (and the results)!

My wife and I had said we needed to get into some more regular fitness and I’m a fairly inflexible guy... then some friends recommended The Pilates Class and how it would be great for flexibility/mobility and fitness. Well, Jacqui is just the most amazing teacher! She’s very calming but motivating too. After 6 weeks of following these classes I can touch my toes for the first time in a LONG time and I’m feeling stronger and taller than ever before. My wife is absolutely loving the classes also and there’s so much variety for the both of us. Highly recommend (and I don’t normally write reviews!) Thank you Jacqui!

Finally, A workout I love and will stick to

I’ve been struggling for the entirety of quarantine to find a workout that I would enjoy and actually see results from at home and this it is. I’m only a couple weeks in but I’m so confident that this is the one that I signed up for the annual subscription. I grew up a dancer and there’s something about the way Jacqui teaches her classes that felt so familiar to me. When I saw her background is in dance it all made sense. Amazing workouts for any level. It feels like she is right there with you and I always feel strong, at ease mentally, and like I got in a great workout afterwards. I can’t wait to see the long term results in my body. Thank you, Jacqui!

Game changer

I am so happy that I found The Pilates Class. Jacqui is an excellent instructor and has created a range of classic to target specific fitness goals and improve fitness and physical strength overall. The hugely positive impact the classes have had on my mental health too has been very significant. Jacqui is so inspiring and her feminine energy makes the classes so enjoyable - she also creates a Weekly Planner to follow which I find so useful and motivating. I could not recommend Jacqui and The Pilates Class enough - my body has transformed and I wi practice Pilates with Jacqui for life ❤️

The Best & Most Practical Home Workout with Results!

The Pilates Class offers great workouts in many different forms including stretches, technique, meditation classes and more. Jacqui is so on top of constantly uploading more content, changing things up and pushing you to your hardest without it becoming so difficult that it demotivates you. I see results each time. Now about it being practical which is super important to me... I don’t particularly enjoy working out so the fact that it has a) straight forward body weight exercises that can be done in even the tightest spaces of your home, b) in a 20-40 min time frame in which you get your energy up, feel stronger, and c) see results so quickly is what makes this a game changer in comparison to other workout apps. At this point, I am a true follower of Jacqui and cannot wait to see how she expands and grows! Highly recommend! 🤍

LOVE

I have been using The Pilates Class for a few weeks, since Melbourne went into lockdown, and I LOVE it! So much value for money and with the app you can download videos to keep offline in case you don’t have wifi/ want to be disconnected but still want to exercise. The quality of workouts are the same as if you were in a physical Pilates class and there is a lot of variety. So excited to keep going and seeing where it goes.
