Absolutely horrible
This app is the worst known to man kind, i ordered a connect, waited for an hour and then was cancelled last minute. I then tried to order a second ride and was told there was no cars available as i watched an empty van pick up the person next to me. It didnt let me book a ride until 6 minutes before closing before cancelling again

Metro connect
It was my first time using Metro-Connect, and I was pleasantly impressed by how easy and seamless the travel was. The gentleman who picked me up informed me about what Metro Connect's wants to do with the community, and I am very happy with this service. Excellent service, highly recommended. -GG
Terrible and disappointing
The first time I ever used it, I had requested a ride and had to wait 20 mins. No problem since it’s a free service, or so I thought, the driver literately passed me on the street and went straight to Sédanos, and canceled. Had to request a second driver and waited another 20 mins. They accepted it and canceled it the last second and went passed us.
The final driver came within another 20 minutes and didn’t want to talk or answer any of our questions. Horrible attitude and was angry the entire ride. The only good thing I have to say is that the cars used are comfortable and clean, plus it’s free. That’s if you can even get one driver within an hour or get passed the frustration of them driving past you and constantly canceling.
Overall, only use this service/app in an emergency where you have an hour or more of waiting. The app also doesn’t have any texting the drivers feature or texting any real representative so you’ll have to wait in silence while you’re confused and frustrated.

Experienced my first ride
It is very transparent and feels very safe. All the details matched the driver, pick up and drop off times are fair given that it is a free service.
My overall experience was amazing, I couldn’t believe myself I was receiving a service like that for free.

Good app
It’s like an Uber with obviously less places where you can go with it. It helped get from somewhere with no metro station near by to a train station FOR FREE!!!!! This honestly helps so many people to help with the heat and wait times. And at the moment it’s free but when it charges it’s going to charge what a bus charges. You will pay for a private car for the price of a bus fare.

I’m thankful!
I appreciate this service. I wish I knew it before. I meet great profesional drivers, people in general, rides are safe and enjoyable. I used to walk to my bus stop for 10 min back and forth under the sun heat and rain. I like it that one can make connections where busses don’t reach. It’s a great way to alleviate Miami traffic with so many cars on the road. I am just learning to use it and sometimes I make mistakes on booking rides which I hope to be less with practice.

Quick and Easy
The app is pretty intuitive and my ride always arrive on time.
Not enough cars
This was good for like one week, now there are not enough cars so it doesn't really meet the needs. They removed my bus route and nothing gets where I used to take from work to home, I thought this could replace that but unfortunately they have just like 2 drivers
