I have to re-pair to my iPhone whenever I want to use this app

I have the Adapt 660 headphones which work well but getting the EPOS connect app to recognize them is a hassle. My iPhone 15 pro will be connected to the headphones and will play music fine. I then open the Epos connect app and the app can’t find the headphones (it’s obviously connected given that I can hear music). The only way around this is to delete all connections on my headphones and delete the Bluetooth connection from my phone then launch the app and re-connect. After that point, the app connects to the headphones and I can use it but it’s such a hassle I rarely would use it. The app is also pretty limited in terms of features and usability but I can deal with that. I am using the latest version of the app and firmware for the headphones and have tried restarting all devices multiple times.

Most Features Don’t Work

Can’t change any settings. Constantly getting the refreshing icon on all settings screen such as ANC. It does show as connected to my 1060 ANC headset and I can see it’s connected in Bluetooth settings and working.

Nightmare firmware update

It says it takes about 20mins. However it gets stopped many times in the middle even I follow the instructions to keep the app in front, keep my phone close to headset and I even disabled screen sleep. And the update is way slower than it says… it took me totally 8 hours now the progress bar shows 70%. Sign…

Needs dark mode

Doesn’t have a dark mode so not accessible. Pretty limited use for the app, I was hoping it would provide more features or controls, but pretty much only good for easy access to user manual.

Bad connectivity and worst app

Their app is not able to connect with the device and also sometime stop working when we are in the call

Unable to use settings in iPad app

I can’t see the options for settings in the iPad app, they go offscreen or are not visible at all. I can’t change volume of voice prompts making the headset unusable for me

Impossible to use

It has to be one of the most difficult (rather impossible) to use headphones. I have paired the headphone to two phones and it only works for one phone and not the other. Support/helpdesk is nonexistent. Very frustrating.

Horrible

This is the worst headset I have ever owned. It doesn’t stay connected, so trying to do the firmware update is impossible.
