Not great
I have been using monitoring software for years now and there is so much potential for this app but it is super sluggish. I constantly have to turn it off to get apps working on my iPhone 12. At least 30 or 40% of the time, an app I’m using says I’m not online when I am definitely connected online, not to mention how much slower my apps work when I’m connected to this app The Mac version works great without any issues. This iPhone app is still to be desired.Show lessSteve in China

Great product I just wish it we’re more cost friendly and accessible to more people who need this type of accountability in their lives. $9 a month is a little steep for a monitoring app. If you are struggling get the app find friends who will help you pay the cost etc.

This has been a lifesaver for me. I don’t even notice that it is on my phone, but my accountability partner will if I’m acting a fool! I like how it doesn’t invade my privacy and send Random Screenshots like other accountability apps. Gets the job done and I will continue to use it.clich1125

Apple restricts a lot of the monitoring that you would expect out of this app. As the accountable partner, looking at the reports, there's a lot of data missing. This mainly looks are anything using internet browsers/video. If you're looking for chat monitoring or any chat app usage for iOS, don't look here, it's not even listed.
Examples: Facebook messenger, Signal, Texts are not listed under app usage AT ALL. I understand that I wouldn't be able to see the messages themselves however those apps aren't even listed as ever being used when I know that they are.
This can also give you false positives. Example: Looking at the Trulia app, what's listed as the app used is WhatsApp. Have fun trying to figure all of that out...Show lessFushichochan

The app has worked well and covers my phone, desktop and iPad. Just what I needed to choose only the best places to go to. My total hours on devices has gone way down. That’s a good thing.hareclips
VPN connection issue
Keeps saying that the Accountable2You VPN won’t connect until the developer updates the app, but I have the latest version and nothing changes.sgairhdi

I can’t say enough about how being accountable to another believer helps bring freedom. We all want to hide sin, it’s our nature. But A2U causes a pause, a stop, a reflection. We have to remember that God is a always with us and we are called to deny ourselves. This is a great tool in support of that truth!Show lessliving a purer life

I am trying to build and repair trust that I have lost to my wife. And she saw on her side that I searched something yesterday 12-1-22 that has not been searched in a month. This app will give false information and has no way of contacting them for them to explain and fix problems this app causes. This app, if you are truly wanting to show a change and build trust like I am, will absolutely destroy anything you work on building by sending and letting false information pass through to your significant others side. I will be contacting lawyers to get them to actually answer for those problems. You will never be able to build and repair anything with this app. The developers don’t care to help. They don’t respond and there is no way to call. The most worthless terrible app out there. This app has lied and not has ruined a marriage by sending and showing Faldo information. This app should be banded and held accountable. Funny how it wants to hold us accountable but does nothing for holding itself accountable. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app is the WORST thing and will lie and ruin anything you want to repairShow lesswkivett
Glitching out
I loved using this app before, what has happened? I can't log in or even get past the new user registration page. It lets me sign up for the subscription but then can't go any further. These new updates are not helping!GingerSpicey
Does what it needs to, and does it well
My phone finally feels safe to use! I can use standard browsers, all my apps work fine. And it’s just as seamless across all my devices. Wonderful 🙂theheebyjeeby
