  • Good Service

    I’m giving this five stars, because I appreciate what it does and the good service it offers people. I agree with other reviews, though, that the app (maybe the vpn service?) seems to make the connection slower. It’s worth using, even if this is the case, though.

  • Some Bugs but Great Purpose

    First off, I want to commend A2Y. It has greatly helped me in quitting pornography and creating accountability with friends. I am so glad this app exists. It has a few more bugs and inconsistencies than other programs I’ve used which is the only reason for the dropping of stars.

  • Peace of mind

    I am so grateful for this accountability program. It has been a blessing for my whole family. I have found the external accountability helpful as we pursue our relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Do not use if on iOS / iPhone / iPad

    I purchased their service and installed on iPhone and iPads.

    Webpages become impossible to load.
    Apps become laggy and unusable.

    This service is far from ready to be offered to the public.

    Support has no fix and no ETA.
  • Very slow connection at times and also drains my battery

    Sometimes things won’t load or are just slow, and using this drains a good amount of my battery life, sometimes slowing down my phone.
  • Excellent, with laggy VPN on iOS

    I have been a very happy subscriber since 2015. After recently switching from Android to iOS, I experienced a slow experience many times. Sometimes web pages would not load until I completely closed and restarted my web browser. Switching to monthly subscription with CovenantEyes, but if the issues are resolved soon then I will consider switching back.

  • Excellent protection but laggy VPN

    I was just promoted to leave a review for A2U. I am very thankful to have found an app that does what Covenant Eyes used to do - monitor not only images but also text (my main area of struggle). I need this type of accountability and covering. The frustrating thing with the iOS versions of the app is the extremely slow loading rates for everything on the internet. So I’m getting a good patience-builder with the app as well. Pretty much every site work but takes quite a long time to load relative to speeds without the VPN. I am hopeful that this can be resolved as it may interfere with apps that I need during the school year. In summary: the app does exactly what it promises and what I need, but at the cost of efficient internet speeds. Still worth it to me, but I do hope it can be improved.

  • App is flawed and half baked

    I have been a customer for several years. Current iOS app renders your phone nearly useless. It causes loading issues with apps, web browsers, etc. I have reported this to A2U tech support. And they told me it’s a known issue and that they are working on it. They’ve been working on finding a solution for about a year.

    Customer service is almost non-existent.

    I would consider options. Or at least utilize their free trial and see if you have a better experience on your iOS devices. There are a lot of variables with all things tech.

  • App is faulty

    Faulty app that steals your money as soon as you pay. Saying my account doesn’t exist. How funny is that. To top it off that don’t have customer support even better. Hope this email version auto respond bot can get it figured out. Shouldn’t have these problems anyways.

    I got a new phone and now while this app is running on my phone google doesn’t work… what do I need to do to fix this!?
