  • Disappointed

    I was excited to see the latest update allowed for the Apple Watch to display the heart rate during a workout. However, I have tried everything to get it to work and haven’t been able to yet. I see on my watch to start a workout but nothing comes up on the watch or treadmill for heart rate.

    The function Apple Watch HR on the fitness machine console needs the console's support. currently only F89 treadmill can work with Apple Watch through iPhone SOLE+. we are working on other models. it should be soon that all SOLE fitness machine can display the Apple Watch HR through iPhone SOLE+.
  • Integration not working properly

    The Sole app writes data into the Apple Health ecosystem - great, but it's not doing it correctly. I can see a workout from my B94 bike (having used the Sole app to set up the ride and record the data), but the calorie effort doesn't count towards my 'Move' target in Apple Fitness and therefore doesn't count towards closing my Move ring on my Apple Watch. I suspect that a particular field isn't being written correctly by the Sole app, but it's very frustrating. I'm struggling to find any workarounds. Please help.

  • Does what it say basically

    I connect the app with my treadmill. It seems to work well.
    NOTE: But be sure you sign up with an email address that will never change. There seems to be no way to change the email address associated with the profile you create (I even called Sole support who does not provide any support for this application).

    your email is the ID of SOLE+ so you can not change email once you signed it up. if you want to change a new email please sign up a new account with the new email. thanks. if you have any SOLE+ question you can send a email to digital_service@dyaco.com.
  • Poor Customer Support

    It is free so you get what you paid for I guess. My only complaint is the poor customer support. It has been my experience that Sole is supported in the states as an afterthought. Support staff not well versed. (At least on their treadmills. My issues have been software related. That support is overseas and not very good.

  • Rower history & BT don’t work

    Just received my SR550 rower. This app shows my workout history as a run even though I ONLY have the rower and it’s connected to this app. The blue tooth on the rower screen won’t connect to iPhone. I tried updating rower & iPhone, and various connection methods on multiple iPhones. The screen BT shows up on the iPhone but fails to connect. Disappointing, especially for the cost of the equipment.

  • Terrible Sole and unreliable

    Sole has terrible customer service, no follow up, and the worst app I’ve ever seen. Don’t count on this app from Sole to track properly. I have 7 workouts and app dashboard shows 4 and history shows 7.
    I have reached out to Sole twice and no one will help, acknowledge, or address the issue. Sole is trash

    thanks for your feedback. if you have any problem on SOLE+ App or SOLE fitness machin you can email to digital@dyaco.com. Dyaco also supports to reply customer's issues online. once we receive your email we will respond to you ASAP. Currently we only accumulate the workout number from SOLE's machine or App not including the workout from Garmin Connect or other source on dashboard because we hope our customers to workout on SOLE machines. We are considering to calculate all wotkout records in SOLE+. once we have done it it should be able to solve your problem. thanks.
  • Speed control?

    The speed control doesn’t work in the app - does nothing, can’t increase or decrease the speed. The incline buttons work just fine…

    we think that to control the speed of the treadmill from App is a danger thing. for example, when one is exercising on the treadmill, another people's app to connect the treadmill and control the speed suddenly. it will hurt the user who is exercising on the treadmill. we will remove the speed control from SOLE+ from the next version. hopefully you understand that. thanks.
  • Good and not so good

    The treadmill itself works pretty well although every once in a while it slows suddenly and it’s quite a shock when you’re running. It doesn’t do it often but it’s weird. Already had the panel replaced once under warranty because it wouldn’t charge my phone or iPad.
    I bought the Canadian treadmill that doesn’t have the touchscreen and they replaced it with an American model with a touchscreen. That was a mistake in shipping but I like it that way.
    The software on the touchscreen is glitchy though.
    It said it needed to do two updates. One update went through okay but it wouldn’t do the second update for about a year then finally one day it allowed me to update it.
    The phone charger still barely works.
    With the new panel it barely charges my phone but still won’t charge my iPad.
    Really, how hard can it be to get the electronics right to charge a phone or iPad?
    The wheels work well so it’s nice to be able to move it and the controls for speed and incline work well.
    Although before the second update the controls used to freeze if I watched Netflix.
    I have a TV in the room now so I think it works okay with Netflix now but I really don’t use it for that anymore.
    The fan works but it’s weak.
    The cushioning under the bed is good.

  • Connect? Nope

    I either get a constant wheel of loading once the Bluetooth of the treadmill finally shows up, or you need your ++ app for this to work. Really your sole+ app is a joke, it can’t even pick up a Bluetooth if it’s existent depended on it. FIX THIS APP please, a few college kids could get this thing in shape in a few weeks.
