  • Update break syncing and saving workout

Unable to save and sync workout after completion. Network not connected pop up. I have working wifi.
  • Inconsistent and inaccurate

I cannot get good results from this app. I tried using it for two weeks and the display results showed my distance as 3.18 miles for a workout lasting an hour (and that’s when I can get it to connect). Meanwhile, my average pace for those workouts was 5.1 mph. That is not a slight variation as per the app’s notification. My Apple Health data is now skewed as a result. I have logged over 1100 hours on my E35 and have flipped the odometer multiple times, so I know this is not an issue with my pace. I’ll be happy to provide a screenshot and any other data I have to the developers in the interest of making this app better. Meanwhile, I’m back to using the old app just so I can see the dashboard.

Update: I tried sending my photos to the developer but the address provided does not exist.

thanks for your feedback. no "pace" will be displayed on the SOLE+ App for Elliptical fitness machine. please share your screenshot to us. the email is digital@dyaco.com. thanks.
  • Duplicating runs

I notice when I refresh my data after running on the treadmill, it duplicates the activity. Domes times showing I ran 3 times. I have to delete the entries to ensure others apps aren’t reading in incorrect data. It’s getting annoying.

Thank you for your feedback. We've optimized the app
  • No Apple Watch Integration

Sole, come on! This app has little to no features and limits there integration of your hardware with devices that we expect. Welcome to 2023, and get with the times and put some effort here. I would be embarrassed to recommend your equipment to friends due to the lack of integration. It’s sad because your hardware for the ST90 is great! Hire some devs an and course a plan for software defined product.

thanks for your valuable opinions. there are many fitness course Apps on the market such as Apple Fitness, Peleton, iFit , etc. SOLE F85, ST90, TT8 with TFT LCD console supports mirror function which the user can project the phone screen to the console. it make the user can play the fitness course on his/her smart phone on the fitness equipment console during workout. SOLE app will focus on tracking the user's workout status and recommend the workout in the future. thanks for your recommendation again.
  • I give up

I thought (mistakenly) that Sole would surely ensure that their equipment would have a cutting-edge health app, but that didn’t happen. The app was clearly not designed by anyone who actually uses Sole (or any other) equipment. It is NOT intuitive AT ALL, and it’s essentially just a roaming workout display because I have to save a workout in the app AND on the machine, even though it mirrors my 10.1 inch machine display…whaaaat? It would be nice if I could save workouts to either/both my HealthMate and/or Apple Fitness apps, but I don’t see that ever happening.

Sole equipment supports bluetooth FTMS (fitness machine service) which can send out the workout data during workout. it's bluetooth standard. If Apple Fitness App or HealthMate App also supports bluetooth FTMS, The App can connect the fitness machine to receive the workout data such as speed, distance, heart rate, calories,...etc. Now more and more workout Apps supports FTMS. Wish Apple Fitness and HealthMate also support bluetooth FTMS as well. thanks.
  • Nice

Love the treadmill. Only issue is the internet connection tends to drop periodically and I have to watch Netflix via phone. I know it’s the treadmill because nothing else looses the connection
  • Heart rate

    Help my blood pressure
  • Total joke

Limited functionality. Inconsistency between displayed by the equipment and recorded by the app information. Read/write options to Health make absolutely no sense - why write weight/height data? But no read option to take into account in calculations?! Why read other exercise data? The app lists that it does not collect information, but the privacy policy accessed from the app says otherwise. It’s better not to release an app instead of pushing this nonsense.

The response from the developer shows that they do not understand the comments on data flow. Integration is great when done correctly. What is not good is when it is done wrong as many have noted. The response does not explain why exercise calories sometime differ by a factor if two when measured in the app and the equipment when both use the same inputs.

thanks for your feedback. 1. many users requested that their workout data should be integrated into Apple Health. 2. Weight is one fctor of calorie calculation. Height is used to meeasure personal BMI. In the futual some information related wrokout will be delivered to the user. 3. reading other exercise data can help to evaluate user's total workout quantity. for example the user's outdoor wotkout can be integrated into SOLE+ for workout evaluation.
  • Does not even record incline

This app is just useless. It just needs to do
one thing right and it fails miserably : simply record my treadmill activity and port to a health app like apple fitness. It records time and speed but not incline. How can this app be so bad?
  • Workout

    Can’t save my workouts.
