Works flawlessly w/2021 F85
I don’t usually write reviews but there are so many negative reviews for this app and many are outdated. I just want to give an updated perspective. The app accurately tracks my treadmill workout calories and mileage and sends the data to Apple health.
It took a couple tries to initially sync using QR code but once synced it has stayed that way for over the month I’ve had it without issue. The app itself is very basic and it could definitely be better if it integrated with other 3rd party apps like wahoo fitness, MyFitnessPal, Fitbit, swift…etc. but if you are looking for a simple way to track your indoor mileage this is a good app.
A side note—the 2021 f85 treadmill firmware updates have definitely improved the treadmill as well and many of the past reported issues have been resolved.Show lessknannimal
Functional most of the time but not great
I have been using both the Sole fitness app and Sole+. That's the only way I have been able to get the Sole+ app to work. Apparently the Sole app gathers the workout data, uploads it to your Sole account and then the Sole+ app can access it. I haven't figured out a way to connect the Sole+ app directly to my f63 treadmill. The documentation is essentially non existent. Is it supposed to connect directly? That would be much nicer. It's very clunky too have to use both apps. It also misses uploading some of the days which is really annoying as it throws off all the charts and makes it unusable to track. You also should be able to pair to your phone and not have to pick the treadmill to connect to every time you open the appShow lessbdfrady

I cant imagine a worse app. Adds no value. Most of the app doesn't even work. This should just upload the information into other more reputable apps such as the Fitbit app, or myfitnesspal and just call it quits.TheHighCounty
How about Fitbit integration?
I just downloaded the app and only saw Garmin and Apple. Fitbit would be a great addition and something for Android users.nowaitloss
This app doesn’t work!
I bought the elliptical thinking that the workout data would be saved, but it is reliant on this horrible app. I can’t get anyone to call me back from the company and there a hasn’t been any improvements.Allijan!

Currently SOLE+ didn't support bluetooth connection to fitness machines. New F85 can upload workout data via WiFi . SOLE+ can sync. and display the data from cloud. We are planning to let SOLE+ be able to connect our most machines via bluetooth. please wait.Crashed when connected
Every time the app connected to my treadmill it crashed.
I know the app is supposed to be able to write workouts to apple fitness, etc. But, it would be nice if it could integrate into Fitness Plus or other aspects of Apple Fitness.
It's 2021, it's time for tech to work together ....dmisita

As noted by other users, the app promptly crashes when you try to connect via Bluetooth. This is on a new F80. What the heck?quantum80
Horrible
Worked great the first time I worked out. Second time it didn't record my workout, won't sync to my phone and keeps closing out when I try to pair it to my treadmill. Very disappointed. And yes I am using the new sole+ app. I love my treadmill but this app is horrible.DNorcross
30 seconds in. Unimpressed.
Password says it needs “8 symbols.” No. It doesn’t. It needs 8 characters.
“Continue” is misspelled as “continiue.” Wow.
App connects with my machine via BT. Then it promptly shuts down. Not even 3 seconds of connection before the app disappears.
Sure hope a developer actually tries using the app IRL before coming out with a “newer” version. Misleading for Sole to promote this as a “feature” if it’s completely useless, as it currently appears to be.Show lessmocolindo
Force Close When Connected to TT8 (brand new)
Just purchased a brand new TT8 this week. I was able to log into the app and set up a profile. The app will find the TT8 via Bluetooth scan, but whenever I try to connect to the machine, the app will force close.
I can see on the machine display that the app connects for a few seconds before force closing, so I know that the machine and app are talking.
I also tried the old sole app, and that did not connect at all.Show lessTensai33

SOLE+ can't connect TT8 currently because TT8 did not support bluetooth FTMS protocol. TT8 is being developed to support bluetooth FTMS protocol to connect to SOLE+ right now. In the near future (within one month) you can upgrade TT8's software through Internet. At that time you can use SOLE+ to connect TT8 to display real-time workout data on your smart phone via bluetooth. But now if your TT8 has linked your SOLE+ account your workout data can be uploaded to cloud through WiFi and you can review your workout data on SOLE+.
