Doesn't work & now old app won't connect
If this is not the case then where are the instructions to connect older (bought one year ago) machines?
If it is the case, then I think I'm done settling for subpar electronics. The charger USB never worked, the fan is so weak I can't feel it and my iphone sounds much better than the speakers. Zero response from customer service despite multiple attempts. And to think I bought this machine because it was known for its high quality and great customer service.
Incompatible with new treadmill
Also: It’s “streak” not “strike.”
Why must I build an account?
No longer track my outdoor biking!
Response from developer
We are so sorry. Sole Fitness App or SOLE+ only co-works with SOLE Fitness machines. Of course if you have a Garmin wearable device and use Garmin Connect App you can configure the Sole Fitness App or SOLE+ App to receive the Garmin workout data. And you still can track the outdoor biking.
Works flawlessly w/2021 F85
It took a couple tries to initially sync using QR code but once synced it has stayed that way for over the month I’ve had it without issue. The app itself is very basic and it could definitely be better if it integrated with other 3rd party apps like wahoo fitness, MyFitnessPal, Fitbit, swift…etc. but if you are looking for a simple way to track your indoor mileage this is a good app.
A side note—the 2021 f85 treadmill firmware updates have definitely improved the treadmill as well and many of the past reported issues have been resolved.
Functional most of the time but not great
Response from developer
thanks for your feedback. We are trying to solve how to let one APP to support all type of SOLE fitness equipment. we will announce the information once we make it.
Is this real?
How about Fitbit integration?
This app doesn’t work!
Response from developer
Currently SOLE+ didn't support bluetooth connection to fitness machines. New F85 can upload workout data via WiFi . SOLE+ can sync. and display the data from cloud. We are planning to let SOLE+ be able to connect our most machines via bluetooth. please wait.
Crashed when connected
I know the app is supposed to be able to write workouts to apple fitness, etc. But, it would be nice if it could integrate into Fitness Plus or other aspects of Apple Fitness.
It's 2021, it's time for tech to work together ....
Response from developer
thanks for your comments. SOLE+ are being developed to support our more model of fitness machines now. Please wait for a while. The SOLE+ which supports all series of SOLE fitness machines is under developing and will be released soon.
