  • Account Link Problems

My Sole F63 Treadmill can’t link to the Sole + App simply because it doesn’t have a QR sticker on the device to link it to the Sole + account. My treadmill is linked to the older Sole app and it can pass data to Apple Health, but in a convoluted multi step way. I see no reason my device cannot pass data using the newer app except that there is no way for me to creat an account in the new app. The app developer needs to either provide an alternative method to create an account or send me a QR code for my device and I’ll create the account myself. If you tell what information is incorporated in the QR code I’ll create one myself. All I needed previously was the serial number to create an account. Frustrated! Thank you for the quick response and looking forward to the update. I’d be happy to beta test if needed.

  • Still doesn’t work and crashes

I have commented before back in March and your app is still terrible. Anytime I try to sync data with my treadmill the app crashes. It would also be nice if it shared data with My Fitness Pal. I can’t get it to share with Apple Health but then again it crashes when trying to get data from my treadmill. Maybe the first step would be to have only one app.

There are two SOLE Apps co-working with SOLE Fitness Machine. SOLE+ is the newer one and SOLE Fitness App was the old one. The new SOLE APP (Called SOLE+) currently supports workout data integration with other Apps as follows. 1. Workout-Out: SOLE+ shares workout data to Apple Health and Google Fit 2.Workout-In: SOLE+ receives workout data from Garmin Connect App please suggest the good apps you think that we can evaluate to integrate the workout data with them. The old App "SOLE Fitness App" also integrated some Apps. But some functions were out of date and we plan to remove the SOLE Fitness App in the near future. Please let us know what Apps you hope SOLE+ can share to or integrate in.
  • Only works for a very few pieces of equipment

You need a QR code to link to your phone. Contacted Sole Customer Support and was told only a few pieces of equipment can generate the QR code. Mine cannot even though less than 6 months old and one of the higher end ellipticals (S95) that promise health app connectivity. No mention of a firmware update to gain this functionality from Sole. Please don’t tell me to use the “old” app as it has it’s own issues which I’ll document there.

  • Does not integrate with F63

Non existent documentation, After a lot of research found out app does not work with F63
  • Can not Connect to F80

    I have a new F80 2020 treadmill which I setup in October 2021. The software version is 1.1. I have downloaded the Sole & Sole+ app’s.

    Sole App
The Sole app seems to work OK. However is is a bit clunky compared to other walking and fitness app’s. Sole should be embarrassed by the general quality!

It would be nice to change the distance value (miles) from a single digit (0.1) to two digits (0.01) for more accuracy.

    Sole+ App
There is no way to connect this app to the F80 2020 console. The console only has Bluetooth. There is no wi-fi. The app’s FAQ says to create a “local account”. How do you this?

Why do you have two app’s? Combine into a single app. I see no reason for two.

Data from the Sole app transfers to the Sole+ app and this seems to work OK but a bit slowly,

This app is also crude when compared to other app’s such as Fitbit, MapMyWalk, etc.

  • What an incredibly terrible app for a 2000$machine

I went in store to finally test the F63 as a "just in case" before purchasing something I was already convinced to buy. Well this joke of an app convinced me out of a done deal. This is 2021, people expect stats tracking at this price point, but this is just terribly designed, won't let you sync with Apple health or most common running/calorie apps. And don't talk to me about Zwift.

  • Doesn't work & now old app won't connect

The new app assumes you have a new machine with a screen that will generate a code to link up. My s95 doesn't generate a code and there's no other way to link. The kicker is the old app doesn't work at all anymore so there's zero connection ability.

If this is not the case then where are the instructions to connect older (bought one year ago) machines?

If it is the case, then I think I'm done settling for subpar electronics. The charger USB never worked, the fan is so weak I can't feel it and my iphone sounds much better than the speakers. Zero response from customer service despite multiple attempts. And to think I bought this machine because it was known for its high quality and great customer service.

  • Incompatible with new treadmill

I just bought a brand new F63 Sole treadmill and it doesn’t have a QR code on it and the app doesn’t give an option to connect via Bluetooth.

    Also: It’s “streak” not “strike.”
  • Why must I build an account?

Why on earth have you decided that I have to create an account on your system in order to use your exercise device With my iPad. I’m seriously annoyed. I just would like to use my device without sharing my personal information with you.
  • No longer track my outdoor biking!

Updated app and it no longer has and outdoor portion of the app. Been riding my bike outdoors since March with this app and now it is gone! Totally upset with Sole Fitness!

    Developer Response

We are so sorry. Sole Fitness App or SOLE+ only co-works with SOLE Fitness machines. Of course if you have a Garmin wearable device and use Garmin Connect App you can configure the Sole Fitness App or SOLE+ App to receive the Garmin workout data. And you still can track the outdoor biking.
