The app won't give me the option to refresh driver location. It will tell me where drivers are 12 hours ago and not their current location.
and the website itself never gets any of the posted speed limits. Making our drivers look like they are going 55 in a 35 when in reality the speed limit is 55. We have been told that the best thing to do is put a note in the speeding event that the speed posted is incorrect... which doesn't help at all when insurance sees a large portion of our drivers often speed 15+ over the speed limit.
Reaching out to costumer service is also a waste of time. They never follow the directions of your request and often never get back to us on our issues.Show lessAfter the new update

I like the function to track the trucks with motive and enjoy the fleet view with the possibility to see arrival times from all truck and location in one screen. I didn’t find it yet but if there is an option to get automatic notification that the trucks arrived that would be great option to make my life easier.Show lessDeveloper Response

You can create a Geofence alert for your vehicles, which would notify you every time your Vehicle enters that Geofence.
