Useless
This app is useless. You can’t do anything on this app that you can’t do on the website. You can’t make appointments with doctor or nurse, you can only cancel appointments and even then you have to populate the form yourself. It doesn’t automatically fill with details that could be had from your account. When cancelling appointments you have to manually say when it is, it isn’t linked to a database of your appointments.
This is all disappointing when you’re able to book nurse appointments on the website. It seems the best approach is just to call the surgery. Compared to the NHS app they have in England, this is so primitive.
The only other thing you can do is check your symptoms, which you can do online.
