Stuck on install

Downloaded app, opened the app then asks you to register on mobile even though I have an account registered online on their web browser. OK, whatever. After registered on mobile version, now everyone I open the app, it’s stuck on a pop up window said “must choose a capacity” with a blank white window with no “capacity” to choose from? Then when I try to tap on anything on the screen, everything is frozen. The only option is to shut down the app. Then when you restart the app, this “capacity” blank white window pops up again!? Such a worthless app for such a great company. Need to pay someone to update this app Schneider!

App is in desperate need for an update app is super glitchy and owner ops can’t assign or unassign trailers if trailer is assigned from previous load which makes tremendous waste of time if you can’t get off Schneider yard til trailer is assigned. An support team takes hrs to assist owner ops. Come on Schneider do better with app

Load ID Issue

iPhone 15 and above covers up the load ID at the top where the forward-facing camera is. I have to take a screenshot and zoom in in my pictures app to see the load ID. Please fix this

Slow, sluggish App

There should be an option to turn off all the crappy animations when opening the app. Have an in app setting to remove all the graphics and the colors so the app runs smoothly and boots up quickly. No need for such things, it’s a tool to make money, nothing more.

App is constantly crashing or freezing.

App constantly crashes or freezes. Have to close it and restart multiple times to enter information at stop. Only to get to next stop and see it Didn’t save last stop information.

Scammers

I went through hours of sending all my information taken a drug test for them to tell me I have to drop my Authority and DOT to work for them screw that they want to make sure you only work for them

Power only

Bad experience with power only loads. When you call them they don’t answer and you email them after 20 minutes they email you back LOAD COVERED

Can't

Can't upload documents thru the app instead you have to email. After you update stop information it goes away like you never did.

Miles are not accurate

I’ve been using this app since 2021 . Last two month I noticed that miles showing on the app are not accurate. Not deadhead not loaded miles either. Same thing with all of my drivers app. Difference is 20-50 miles on each load. Please pay attention to it and fix a bug.
