Problems with router
Router randomly cuts off and on, reset doesn’t work unless you reset multiple times, app glitches, not user friendly
Needs work
The app crashes a lot and half the time the map on Geo filter doesn’t even show the map it’s blank so you have no way of making changes due to that.
App is not good
When app first is launched it’s works fine but when closed and re-opened it just loads until u have to close out and re-open it
Works with XR700
Seems to work alright for me with my Netgear XR700 + beta firmware
Great Router app
Have an R3 and really liking the design and layout of the app. Can do most everything that the web version can do. Seems to alaway be adding features and improving!

Thanks for your feedback on this! If the devices getting duplicate IPs are Apple devices, it may be due to the Private addresses feature being toggled on in the Wi-Fi network's settings. I'd suggest you try disabling this to see if it resolves the problem. If you like to troubleshoot this a little further you can always make a new topic over at forum.netduma.com!
Can’t connect
Can’t connect to the app or to the website at all. When I actually can connect to it it’s once then it goes back to breaking again. Fix it.
Used to work
This app crashes instantly. If I keep trying to load the app them some times it will work, but that is very rare.
Junk will not update app
Will not connect to XR1000 after update been down for months. They will not update and no timeline to a fix. They need to revert the update to get it back online. They don’t care about netgear models.
Would be great but
Ping optimizer never works for me. It will crash no matter if I do the quick test or the other advanced test.
Can’t connect to xr1000
What the hell is going on?! Before update everything was working fine and now I can’t even connect to my router! Fix the bugs? You just made them worse
