Won’t let me log in
The app was running fine I go to get on the app and now it’s asking me to “set up a new router” nothing is wrong with my router I can log on to the pc version just fine but now I have to reset everything on my phone and now it won’t even register my router on my phone this is ridiculous!!
Works great with my NetDuma R3 router!
The DumaOS4 app works great for this router for me. Soooo much better than my experiences with the Netgear routers. ‘Finally
App is trash
Won’t even connect to my router. I have already reset the router and the app will not connect. I have tried scanning the QR code on the router but it will not pick code. So I can’t even connect this app to my router
New update new problems 🙄
As per usual, an update happens and the app logs you out. It says I need to set up new router 🙄 go through the process and shock it can’t find my router! The fact you get logged out every time is a pain! Trying to get back in is a nightmare as it just won’t work no matter what I do 😣 you really need to get your act together with the logging in issues, it’s beyond painful now!

Kind of pointless to use. Only way you can login is when you have DumaOS running in the browser.

No longer works!
This iOS app has worked with varying efficacy on my Netgear XR 1000 router over the past couple/few years. Often time warner, more of the R – apps will not work at all. Otherwise it was often slow and clunky, but worked. With the latest upgrade, seemingly to DumaOS4 The app is only capable of trying to set up a new router. If I try to get it to recognize my existing router, it just doesn’t connect. I don’t know if you have to revert the router name and password back to the factory original or what. But it just doesn’t work for me. The software has always been the shortcoming of these Netgear pro gaming routers in my experience (I’m on my third). If I didn’t like having the Geo-fencing capability, I would’ve switched router brands long ago.

Great Product
The new UI is very nice and sleek.
Very slick, easy to use
DumaOS looks great on my phone. Sign in is quick and easy, all features work like a charm. It’s great not having to get my PC out to manage my router.
