It was an alright app before, even though you were mostly better off just using the web gui even on mobile.
Hopefully they figure it out but for now it’s basically a ghost.

Sorry to hear this. Have you tried logging in by manually selecting your router, rather than by having it detect it automatically.

Thanks for your feedback on this! If the devices getting duplicate IPs are Apple devices, it may be due to the Private addresses feature being toggled on in the Wi-Fi network's settings. I'd suggest you try disabling this to see if it resolves the problem. If you like to troubleshoot this a little further you can always make a new topic over at forum.netduma.com!

I signed into the app with our router login the first time which worked. We since factory reset and changed the router password, so the app fails to Auto-Login. I have to type the new password in every time I open the app, as it fails to Auto-Login with the old password. It doesn’t seem to save what’s in the password box on every successful login, when Remember Me is selected.
