App broken
The app won’t do anything. It doesn’t find any spas when you try and search and if it won’t find spas you can’t do anything else with it. Useless.handhrules

As much as I love True Rest, this app is useless. It will not allow the scheduling of a session, which is the entire reason I wanted to use the app. True Rest promotes app usage, but not sure if they realize how ineffective the app it is.Schmeve2019

This app used to work years ago. Now, it can’t even populate true rest locations and you’re unable to book appointments.p101098007
App needs work
As awesome as True Rest Float Spa is, there app is not! Even though I have an account and I’m logged in, EVERY time I open the app I have to first select a location, before I can do anything. How is this not something you save? And selecting a location is not a one click process, it ironically is a multiple step process.Show less20frose02
App doesn’t work on my Android or Apple devices
Have downloaded and deleted and reloaded this app multiple times on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9, two Apple iPad airs both on OS v14, and it just doesn’t work. My location services are on. App just opens and immediately crashes with “Oops! Something went wrong” message on Samsung. On Android I get the screen to find the location nearest me, but it doesn’t work no matter what zip or town I enter. None of my devices have had problems with apps this bad before. Plenty of space available, and have tried it with no apps running in the background. Suggestions? Had zero problems with the original app.Show lessLynneAnn823

Floating for 3+ yrs
True REST has it down to a science. From the moment you walk in they have truly thought of it all. I’ve been so excited for the points portion of this and being able to see details of my membership online as well as booking.Tanner 710
