    It the best I love it like a bowling green
  • So EZ!

    Wait until you get “Mini” installed! Your only regret will be “wish I did this sooner”!
    Be prepared that the installation does take more boundary stakes than the company listed was necessary in the directions & that led to the necessity of ordering a couple hundred more stakes to complete my 5050 square foot area. Many customer reviews listed this fact so I was aware prior to my purchase. After we got thru that part, the rest of the setup was simple! Since I do not have a fence, the 2 neighbors that do have a fence is no issue & the 2 that do not, I used 3 foot flags approx every 10 feet so the neighbors didn’t mow over & cut my boundary wire.
    This is my second year since installing my “Minimo” & it’s such a pleasure! I love the silence! Can’t wait till everyone gets away from the noisy gas power lawnmowers!
    My original flags that I placed along my neighbors lots lines last mowing season in 2023, they are still standing now for the second mowing year! I use a trimmer once every couple weeks to get the grass that grows along the 2 neighbors boundary lines.

  • Bluetooth app is fairly limited

    The Gardena Bluetooth app is quite basic ( less than 10m of clear line of sight). Interventions require physically going to the mower to input your PIN code every time. This defeats the purpose of remote operation. It would be ideal if all Sileno mowers could be adapted to the Smart function that utilizes WiFi instead of Bluetooth. I’m currently on vacation and I can see on my cameras that my mower is stuck and unfortunately I cannot remotely operate it. It will remain stuck for a month grass overgrowth all around it. To spend another €800 to “upgrade” to a more intelligent mower is not worth the expense.

Yes, Bluetooth is limited but that's the reason why we also offer the GARDENA smart app in combination with GARDENA smart devices. If you want to be more flexible, you have to choose this combination of products (stable internet connection necessary). We're sorry this hadn't been clear before you purchased your product.   • PIN doesn’t work

    When I connect to my mower via App, it asks me to enter pin via mower but nothing happens even after entering pin in the mower, it keeps on displaying same message in the app that enter the pin. I have tried everything from deleting and reinstalling the app, restarted mower, my phone. It used to work fine now it has stopped working. Please help or fix this issue in your app.

  • Gardena are awful.

    Gave up trying to register this mower when I bought it as the site didn’t work and support staff completely hopeless. And disinterested Two years on and most of the functions of the app simply don’t work. And never have. The mower cuts fine but returns to base maybe 1/10. It has to be carried and manually docked otherwise. Spot cut? Forget it. Reliably programme cutting? Forget it. Bit of a con really as no sign in all this time of any meaningful updates. Would not buy another Gardena product.

    Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize if our product did not match up to your expectations. Check the wiring on or around the charging station. To ensure that the robotic lawnmower can always dock reliably to the charging station, it is essential that you follow the instructions for installing the charging station in the operating instructions. If the boundary wires are routed directly past the charging station, a minimum distance of 60 cm is required between the boundary wires. Neither the boundary wire nor the low-voltage cable may be laid under the charging station. The low-voltage cable must also not be rolled up behind the charging station. This may cause interference with the charging station signals. Interference can also be caused by other metallic objects that are in the immediate vicinity of the charging station (approx. 1 meter radius). Please check in which color the control LED of the charging station lights up or flashes. It should glow solid green.
