  • Recent Call List Frustration

    The most frustrating thing about the app is that it collates your calls from the app and your personal calls from your mobile together in to your recent calls list. So I have reams of office calls to every department on my personal recent calls list - a feature I often use when driving as I have a small list of regular contacts I use which is easy to operate. Now my recent calls are flooded with useless numbers I don’t intend calling back. Can they not be separated or omitted from the device recent calls list?

    Hi Southermonkey Thank you for the feedback. We have taken the feedback about the recent calls showing on the native contact list and made a change to the app which will result in a setting where you can choose if you show the recent calls there or not. We have some customers that prefer to see it and others like yourself that would prefer not to. The feature is in test at the moment so will be available in a number of weeks time. 23/04/ this is something we have implement in 6.6.0 of the app Open settings and then under call settings you will see a toggle "save calls to native call history" this should be off by default.
  • Great app - but !!!

    Love the app as it allows out of office work to carry on seamlessly however there is no function to delete all/missed calls, unless I am missing the obvious

    Hi MalandBren Thanks for the feedback. This capability has been on our roadmap for a while and we are now looking at designs that should allow this feature on the app and HIHi device. I would say we forecast this being available in a few months time and will likely involve a permission as some customers will not want history deletion. This feature is available in 6.6.0 of the app however will need to be enabled by the support team we will be rolling this out over coming months.
  • Truly terrible

    I didn’t think it would be possible for this app to be worse than their telephony kit, but I was wrong. It makes so many phantom calls that it’s impossible to connect your smart phone to any Bluetooth headphones & car kits etc and actually be able to listen to anything. It doesn’t actually call anyone, it just causes these devices to think a call is in progress so it should mute the music. The only way to stop it from constantly happening is to delete the app.

    Hi, Sorry you have had some issues with Bluetooth and your car kit. Generally speaking bluetooth headsets should be ok to use a variety of car kits will allow you to make and receive calls. I would advise contacting the support team in case some settings can be optimised and understand more about the car kit system you are using. You may wish to manually update to version 6.4.1 of the app as well which may help depending on the OS version you are using.
  • ? CarPlay/Bluetooth issue caused by app

    Hi Guys, Please could you investigate. I am 90% sure your app is causing an issue with my cars CarPlay. When the app is on and I have received a call, it would then prevent the use of the car’s microphone. Any help would be truly appreciated, as I can’t reply to texts make calls hands free. Much appreciated M

    Hi There are many different types of car kit so we would need more information to advise specifically about the issue you have. Please do contact the support team for further advice.
  • Now more stable but some finessing needed.

    I like the app. It works well but can use some quality of life changes. For example, I can’t paste numbers into the app to dial them.
    Small things like that to integrate better with a mobile device will make it so much easier to use.

    Hi Thanks for the feedback. Paste number will be available in an upcoming release . It is now available on Android devices and is in testing on IOS. If you have any further suggestions then please do ask our support teams to send them over to the product development team for consideration.
  • Okay but..

    Moved over from the horizon app onto the HiHi platform. All works but for me it just doesn’t announce calls on the Lock Screen. When a call comes in it displays as the line name calling followed by the number so iOS can’t lookup the number in my contacts. It just takes some shine off what otherwise is a great app which is continually developed. I wait in hope that one day it will ring and actually display correctly who is calling from the phone contacts.

  • Buggy whilst using Bluetooth headphones (PLEASE FIX as it would be a 5 star)

    My company utilise hi hi which overall is a brilliant system, the trouble is the application goes all squeaky and distorted when you answer a call whilst connected to a Bluetooth device. This make it completely unusable for myself.

    Developers, any suggestions on a fix?

    Hi, Sorry you have experienced issues with Bluetooth. we are in the early stages of rolling out version 6.0.0 this has some Bluetooth enhancements. It would be worth updating and then if you have issues do get in touch with our support team. It would be key for us to know what Bluetooth device you are using for example
  • Absolutely awful app, incredibly unreliable and lacking in basic features

    This app constantly crashes and disconnects when using Bluetooth (AirPods, car radio, mono headset, all do the same thing) and when it doesn’t crash, it defaults to the phone speaker on every call so you cannot be heard for the first few seconds of every call.

    Calls will constantly cut out and the app will crash even when you’re not using Bluetooth, the second someone answers a call, it crashes. Midway through a call, it crashes.

    I was given access to a beta version of the app which was just as bad as the released version, I submitted several crash reports, nothing changed and now the beta has just been mysteriously removed with no comments at all.

    I hate that I am forced to use this app. The support team have been of no help at all and they have tried everything they can think of, it is just a very poorly made app.

    Update 04/06/21 Further to the below we have released version 3.0.0 yesterday which includes consult transfer. Thank you for your feedback. This product is a first version which will eventually fully replace all valuable capabilities of the old application. We are adding more features in coming weeks. The current version supports direct transfer (cold) only. We are testing a consult (warm) transfer feature right now and are aiming to have this released in a few weeks. As an IOS user you can use the native password manager to save the password however we are also adding a toggle similar to the old app to make the password saving much more intuitive. We hope this will solve the issue you highlight.
  • App not great

    I have to delete and reinstall the app most weeks. The connection drops out a lot and there are times where it will not connect at all. This afternoon I tried to call a client through the app. It rings then drops the call. Ended up calling via my phone and standard provider.
    Seems a though when there is something upgraded or work carried out you have to reinstall the app. Not great. But when it does work it’s very good.

    Hi, We are sorry you have experienced some issues with the app. Please do contact support so they can resolve the issue. Whilst occasionally it is good to force close apps on Apple we would not expect you to need a re install so please do get the support team to check your configuration.
  • Connection problems

    Only problem I have with the new app is it doesn’t connect or I am unable to hear people speak when connected via Bluetooth to my car radio.
