App not great

I have to delete and reinstall the app most weeks. The connection drops out a lot and there are times where it will not connect at all. This afternoon I tried to call a client through the app. It rings then drops the call. Ended up calling via my phone and standard provider.
Seems a though when there is something upgraded or work carried out you have to reinstall the app. Not great. But when it does work it’s very good.

Hi, We are sorry you have experienced some issues with the app. Please do contact support so they can resolve the issue. Whilst occasionally it is good to force close apps on Apple we would not expect you to need a re install so please do get the support team to check your configuration.

Connection problems

Only problem I have with the new app is it doesn’t connect or I am unable to hear people speak when connected via Bluetooth to my car radio.

Hi We would be very keen to understand the issue you are having further so we can help resolve this or if necessary make changes to the app to address specific car kit issues. If you would be ok to contact our support team and they can troubleshoot the issue and if necessary they can raise this with the product team.

Idea is good but reality…..

Only had this app three days, and I'm yet to get it to work correctly. I can make any calls through it unless I'm connected to WIFI. If i receive a call it cant be answered unless on WIFI. Have checked my setting and the WIFI option is turned off. Ive contact support who advised to delete the app and re download, this work for about 20 mins then back to normal. Have since turned everything off deleted the app again and then reset everything still doesn't work.

Hi, we are sorry you have been experiencing some issues with operation over the mobile network. I would urge you to contact support again if this is happening this often. You should not need to re install the application as you describe in this case.

Great app, would love a paste feature !

This app is much better than the first works really well. 1 thing that I miss greatly however is the paste feature. I used to copy the number from emails and texts and paste it into the keypad and call. Now I have to save the number to my phone and find it in the contacts to call. #bringbackthepaste

Great app

Fantastic app that looks professional and all the features have worked perfectly. A big upgrade on the first version of the app.

Would love to see a dark mode option for the app though!

Great app

This app is so useful when working from home. It remembers your login details so you can easily log in and out as-and-when you want to make calls on your mobile. I’ve never had to give out my personal mobile number for work purposes, and the call quality is as if I’m sitting at my desk. A great communication tool!

Thanks Ian our customers are saying similar things. We wanted a simple to use visually pleasing app along with the performance improvements we have added. We are introducing further network reliability improvements early August which we are confident will further improve usage over certain wifi routers

Intuitive & nice design

Love the new App! Its very intuitive and easy to use, definitely a big improvement from the old App. Also, amazing to see the iterative improvements coming through regularly in response to the feedback.

Thanks for the feedback as this is a new app we are adding more new features on a regular basis and of course addressing issues raised by customers. We are aiming to have an simple feature to add multiple participants to a conference call at the end of July as well as some improvements to contact management.

Unable to hold and transfer correctly

When transferring a call to a colleague you are unable to place the caller on hold whilst searching for your contact which is highly unprofessional (especially when working for home with distracting back ground noises) and when you transfer the call you are unable to speak with that person first to make sure they are in a position to accept the call.
On the old app you could ‘call first’ then transfer.
With this new app the call disappears without this option which makes the app unusable for me as a receptionist!
Have had to re download the old app for now. Please can you let us know if these features will be added soon?

Update 07/07/21. Version 3.0.0 released early June fully supports the consult transfer option described in this feedback. We are making regular updates to this very new app and will continue to respond to feature ideas. We will also be inviting customers to our beta programme as where we will offer early access to new features. Thank you for your feedback. This product is a first version which will eventually fully replace all valuable capabilities of the old application. We are adding more features in coming weeks. The current version supports direct transfer (cold) only. We are testing a consult (warm) transfer feature right now and are aiming to have this released in a few weeks. We hope this will solve the issue you highlight.
