Great idea!
I got this for a tryazon party and my boys went wild! They loved it! It's great to have an app that can turn their creations into a game add well as have thousands of games to choose from on the app. This is a great motivator for my kids to get their chores and homework done so they can play. Great idea!
I first saw the Pixicade game on a television. I read the concept of the game and thought it was a great idea. My child likes to play app games and knowing that this game would allow her the opportunity to draw her game, snap it on the app and then play it was great. The process is really easy. I loaded the Pixicade app on our iPad created a user ID and password. We snapped the game my daughter created on the app and within 30 seconds the game was available for her to play it. The whole process was fun for my daughter and me, plus it was a great bonding experience. My daughter did create a game and we were not able to play it so I was not sure it was because my daughter created something that the app couldn’t translate so I just had her create a new one. Appears magical and unique
This creative game kit is so fun to use. It seemed overwhelming at first with many different booklets and markers and directions, but the kids understood just about all of it with no explanation. The games were fun to draw and they varied from simple to complex, but even the simple drawings turned into really fun games. It’s great for kids and teens and even adults. Video game fun
I recently tested this video game for a birthday party the company was very supportive when I ran into trouble with the app. The company advised me to please make sure that the Apple software is completely updated or the app with self would not work. I definitely recommended this app to others make children a lot of fun but it took a lot of patience and adult supervisionShow lesssm7@
Great concept
I think this is such a great way to get the kids off the video games and doing something that is still fun but keeping them more engaged. My child was laughing and having a blast with this. I think that the concept is so cool and I have even caught my daughter playing this on her own throughout the last week and asking me to play with her as well. I found it fun to make games for each other without letting one another see and them uploading them into one another's game and having it be a surprise when we played and rate each others game. I could see our skills with this getting better and better and having fun with this for a long time! I have already shown friends and family and shared the information with them as well and the thing everyone seems to love the most is the whole gaming concept and creating your own game, its a big hit and I hope they check it out like we did!Show lessjagriff4290
Fun and interactive
We have been having a lot of fun creating a playing on Pixicade. It definitely has a learning curve and can be discouraging for young users. However if you have a child that has the patience to creat and adjust and recreate they will love it! Also as an adult it’s totally fun to get creative and create challenges for you and your kids to play together.Show lessjenib3
Perfect mix of art, science and technology!
Kept my kids busy for hours. I love to see their creativity combine with problem solving skills. It makes screen time so much better because they’re using their brains and their creativity instead of just being “zombies.” Very reasonably priced, easy to use, and versatile. Designed with the parent in mind
The directions were clear, it came with practically everything you need to create a video game. You basically draw a game, snap a picture, upload it to the app and then your able to play your game online it also gives you the capability to share your game with others using the app. Children under 13 must get parental permission before doing this. Lots of fun
Pixicade was simple to learn. My students loved creating the games. I loved that many times their first drawing didn’t work and they had to use their problem solving skills to edit their drawing to make a successful game. Incredibly easy to use
This app is so easy to use. Kids and adults can use it with ease and they do not need a long explanation to do so. Love drawing? Video games? Creating activities? If so than Pixicade could be a blast for you. Pixicade is a fun mobile game. You draw something, whatever you like or might think would be fun, and then you turn your creation in to a fun video game right on your mobile device. I recently had a small play date and tried it out with kids and grownups and everyone loved it and had fun creating lots of fun games. Some very challenging. Some not that challenging. It’s really whatever you make it. It is incredibly easy to use and available in two versions: Pixicade and Pixicade Plus.
