Thanks for using Souldy. We are with you at every stage of your daily life with its new design, mantras section, relaxation meditation, stress, anxiety, calming meditation and more than 550 meditation sound recordings and renewed content.
So this obviously is not an app you want to consult for healthcare decisions. Possessing a curious mind, I decided to download it for grins and giggles. The app developer very much is not familiar with medical terminology, but I will give the app at least 2 stars because I do like some of the affirmations/positive thoughts shared. Some of them sound like they’re just recycled throughout, but there are some good ones I’ll be adding to my journal.
