Purchased month subscription and doesn’t work

I just bought this to fill out some paper work and it doesn’t work it won’t save my files I filled out a lengthy application and it would send my files to anything I tried sending it to it wouldn’t save them I clicked out of the page on time and it was gone forever I filled it out for no reason before my 3 day trial ends and I’m charged $12 I would like to cancel. I’m not paying you for absolutely nothing.

App Store trial subscriptions will automatically be renewed and converted into a paid subscription until you choose to end them in iTunes Subscriptions. This information is also displayed on the app description page, so users can see it before downloading the app. You can also review or cancel your subscription using a link provided in the Subscription Confirmation email. You can cancel the app subscription in your iTunes Settings (deleting the app will not automatically stop your subscription). Please kindly refer to this video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dTYOGxocu2o. You can also follow these steps to cancel your App Store subscription: 1) Start "Settings" app on your Home Screen; 2) Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap the 'View Apple ID' button; 3) Scroll the screen down and tap 'Subscriptions' button; 4) Tap the subscription you want to cancel; 5) Tap 'Cancel Subscription' button at the bottom (or 'Cancel Trial' button if the trial subscription was started) and then tap 'Confirm' button. If you don't have the 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Cancel Trial' button on the subscription management screen, then your App Store subscription will not be automatically renewed once over. Really nonsense

Instead of its name, this app does not edit at all! At first, I thought my touch screen was broken, then I realized that it doesn't copy at all, or when I wanted to delete a photo from my file, it didn't work at all. Really nonsense

Useless

This app is really nonsense and has no function. It all stops in the middle of work and if it doesn't, nothing can be saved after completion. It has no features to offer

Unable to cancel subscription

I downloaded to app to try and am now attempted to cancel my subscription; however, when I press manage my subscription it the website will not load. I cannot cancel my subscription through the app

Useless honestly

It doesn’t work for exporting files. If I can’t share my files, what is it good for?
I can see them in folders but I can’t choose and share.
Really weak interface and so much ads are other things that bother me.

Unreasonable pricing, obnoxious advertisement, very very simple features

These reviews must be inflated. I don’t know why this app is scored so high. Downloaded just to view a pdf and every feature requires additional purchase- free version limits were not clear and rather laughable. I understand that better services come at a cost, but this pricing (for a bare-boned mobile editor) is silly and the unpaid version is a digital paperweight. A warning of “no functionality without member commitment” before the download would’ve been nice.

People, There are “free” apps that offer more. Look a little harder like I did.

Hello! Our app offers a free trial with all premium features included. You can start a free trial or continue using the app for free with basic features. The free version of the app does have some limitations and displays ads. The paid version of the app does not have these limitations.

The ADs are crippling

Relentless advertising makes this impossibly annoying to use. I might not make the effort to write a review if there was a timer or something in place to make it tolerable, but Adobe Acrobat offers the same features maybe more for free without having to do this. Extra subscription features are rarely advertised..

The worst part about this app, is pictures you u save from text and are clearly showing in my album, do not show up when I am trying to upload pics thru the app.
Very poor app
