Best service and environment
I want to give a shot out to Julio and his whole team for the amazing service that they provided great friendly environment. Great prices they have everything you need and they have great merchandise as well. All sorts of flavors teas coffees, fresh fruit to add to your drinks, you name it I just had my bariatric surgery and they had something for me and not only just one but multiple things they’re gonna make my transition a little easier for me and I think that whole team there for making my recovery a lot easier and better and I am thankful because they are a part of my success now for providing this thank you Julio for everything and your amazing team. App and gift card
I have a gift card however the app is not generally user friendly. I haven’t figured out how to pay for a mobile order using my gift hard. I’m unable to find that option. Once they refused and said they could on mobile orders. Unsuccessful with that so far.
Also, if I order in drive through I have to give them my phone for them to scan my gift card.

Awesome service and product
Got a chance to meet the owners Gary and Tammy at the NW 50th and Western Ave location and they were beyond polite (very down to earth couple just trying to be a part of the community) and informative regarding their products… speaking of the product some of the best tasting tea and water (yes water) and so refreshing will definitely be our new go to for refreshing beverages!!!! I can’t express how clean and fresh the water and ice quality is here. Also the tea flavors are outstanding. The coconut tea is a nectar of gods. The blueberry green tea will have you dancing on cloud 9. They also have a strawberry passion that will make you feel as if you are drinking air from poteet Texas strawberry fields. My husband and I went through the drive through yesterday for the first time and the process of ordering was easy and once we got to the window the server repeated our and and it was soon after we received our teas. Disappointed!
Extremely disappointed that this new location is not at all like the Kyle location where you can look at and buy all the different bulk teas to enjoy at home. This Dripping Springs just has tea drinks to buy and is very commercial looking like a touristy store with all Yeti stuff around to buy, all packaged pricey food- not happy at all!!!Show lessLaurel 123
