The app offers 9 different widget options which I haven’t seen in any other app. NASA also offers to show pictures as a widget but only the small or large. It’s nice you can do a medium widget with this app. You can also chose specific pictures to slide through. Love it!CheesePuffs9000

APOD automatically updates everyday. Mine doesn’t. And if every image came with an annotated description. Today’s doesn’t. I very much enjoy APOD; I would enjoy it more if it consistently worked instead of being plagued with appeals.JerryPersall
