The app just doesn’t work.
I think there’s a connectivity issue, where there’s quite a convoluted setup to link the fire to the phone via the home WiFi. I’ve managed to get the app working a couple of times, the rest of the time for no apparent reason, it’s an app with a blank page with no option to do anything with it.
If using the app means that you’ve got to reset the login via the WiFi setup and connection each time, then it’s essentially faulty and unusable.
I wouldn’t recommend the fire because of this. It’s very disappointing.
