App doesn’t work.
Followed their instructions on YouTube. But didn’t show the images I saw on the actual app.

Terrible
Worked once upon set up but now won’t let me log in. I’ve tried the reset password button several times each time being told a link has been emailed to me to reset the password but I’ve never received one. The app simply doesn’t let you log inCherub53

How can they charge so much for fires but don’t have an app that actually works?? So so annoying, I wouldn’t recommend buying one of these fires because the app renders them useless.Czx68
No fire for Christmas due to faulty app
App prompted an upgrade on 22/23rd December 2022…. Never worked, now app refuses to accept our fire is online, despite it being online and WiFi visible… so no ability to use the very expensive fire over Christmas period… disappointing and absolutely no support available as office / support line closed until 5th Jan?!? If you can’t maintain your app so it works on a basic level, there should be support available to make sure it can be fixed..Show lesscold as no fire working
App faulty
Awful technology. The app never works first time. I spend more time trying to reset the fire than anything else in my living room. It simply does not work. Read the reviews. I wish I had before spending a small fortune on this sun-standard system.NutsLeeds
Nightmare
I’ve spent over £2000 on a fireplace that I can’t use the app its useless and it’s the only way to control the fireplace I can’t get past login page to set up an account wish I’d never seen the bloody thing was the worst £2000 ever spent I’ve got on and off for flame effect and that’s it wish I’d spent £200 at B&Q if that’s all I wanted
