Hopeless
How can they charge so much for fires but don’t have an app that actually works?? So so annoying, I wouldn’t recommend buying one of these fires because the app renders them useless.
No fire for Christmas due to faulty app
App prompted an upgrade on 22/23rd December 2022…. Never worked, now app refuses to accept our fire is online, despite it being online and WiFi visible… so no ability to use the very expensive fire over Christmas period… disappointing and absolutely no support available as office / support line closed until 5th Jan?!? If you can’t maintain your app so it works on a basic level, there should be support available to make sure it can be fixed..

App faulty
Awful technology. The app never works first time. I spend more time trying to reset the fire than anything else in my living room. It simply does not work. Read the reviews. I wish I had before spending a small fortune on this sun-standard system.
Nightmare
I’ve spent over £2000 on a fireplace that I can’t use the app its useless and it’s the only way to control the fireplace I can’t get past login page to set up an account wish I’d never seen the bloody thing was the worst £2000 ever spent I’ve got on and off for flame effect and that’s it wish I’d spent £200 at B&Q if that’s all I wanted

Can’t get into it
It goes straight to the login page and I don’t have an account and it doesn’t let me create an account. No idea what to do
Easy to use
Takes some time to have a play around and get familiar with how it works but once you do the app works perfectly
Trouble Loging In
Worked fine initially, but now trying to log in on my husbands phone. Won’t accept password and cannot reset password as expecting a Captcha check but there is not Capture test on screen. How do I control my fire now?

What a great piece of kit
I love the app and the fire. Ok initially it kept losing connection but Rob was brilliant from customer services. He called me back once he’d done some research. Not between 9-5 but at 8 pm. He was so very patient and knowledgeable. Fantastic fire and now with the app also now connected to Alexa it’s amazing. Would 100% recommend.
