No customer service

I signed up for the premium package and when I contact their customer service which they say they respond in 24hours no one responds at all. My last message to them was over 2 weeks ago.

Customer service non-existent

They do not respond to customers inquiries. They state that they respond with 24 hours but I have emailed them three times over several days she no one responds.

awesome notifications on new sale

I love to hear cha-ching throughout the day!! I can see who purchased and how much right in the notification on my iPhone. Well worth i!!

Fraudulent app.

I paid for a years subscription but it still behaves as if i havent and asks me to subscribe. Wont let my team do anything they used to be able to do.

Big disappointment and waste of time and £60

Way better then Woocommerce apps

The woocommerce app is keep lagging and load my website very poorly. I though it was my hosting server. But after I try out this app it work much faster and load up all my inventory, order and etc.. thank you so much!!!

Annoying notification

Annoying notifications to subscribe started recently

Do not update

Since the new update it wants you to subscribe to do basic things such as edit quantity which was free before. Even when trying to subscribe the app goes off and you don’t even get to find out the cost. It’s a shame as it was a great app whilst it did work. I hope the publisher can fix it, I realise you’ve got to make some money but this is not the way. I will have to look for another app now.

Hey there, I'm truly sorry for your experience. Our app was fully free for 3 years. Recently the cost of operation was increased and we had to add a couple of new features under the premium functionality. If you update the app you can start a free trial.

Actually worth it.

Rarely do I ever write a review on apps, but I have to say that this is very useful without any ads and just simply works right. Thank you so much!
