excellent and useful App

It’s nice to get notified on new orders.
right now I get 2x notifications per each order. can we have a setting to restrict the order status that should be notified?

also the notifications (red numbers) go down to 0 when I look through the app, but later jump up again to the hundreds… it would be nice to see which area in the app has new information.

lastly it would be amazing to be able to pull in custom fields and custom reports..

Does not work and seems you have to pay

I tried this app on my iPhone. when started I logged in and did everything correctly but once logged in it would not work when I try to select for example products, the page would not load and that happened for every other selection choice. when I went to the website it seem to suggest you have to pay 7 pound a month in order for it to work.this was not mentioned on the App Store so apart from it not working there was also going to be an ongoing cost

Hello, We are sorry that you faced this issue. The app is completely free on iOS and only the android version has paid plan. Your issue can be solved easily. Please send an email to suppert@woocer.com and our customer support will help you. There is a an option in your WooCommerce website that needs to be enabled for the app to work.

They immediately spam you

Beware - this app does not respect your privacy. Immediately spammed before I’ve even used the app and asking them to stop doesn’t work. No clue how well the app actually works because I’ve spent more time dealing with their spam than using the app. The developers really need to consider user privacy. If I want your surveys, reviews and advice I’ll ask for it. DO NOT USE.

Great App!! Don’t hesitate to download!!

What a Great App! I’m just beginning to use this but super easy and NO JETPACK! Don’t hesitate to get this. Just create an API from Woocommerce and login. Super easy and a nice simple layout. Much much better than the darn Wordpress App or any I’ve researched! Go for it!

CUSTOM ORDER STATUS

App has a such good GUI! But it doesn’t support custom status of order, it only shows the woocommerce ones, please fix this

Hello, Thank you for using Woocer. We use Woocommerce API to get the information from your website and show It in the app. Woocommerce API has some limitation. Unfortunately, we can't add everything to the app since we don't ask you to install any plugin. We can try to see if that is possible. Please contact us support@woocer.com .
