What a joke
I do not understand why you even have an app, especially when it’s meant to save time and make it easier for people to setup their rides, when in reality it makes it even more irritating. What’s the point of your app when I spend my time setting up my ride and putting all my information in, and then the app telling me I have to now call anyways because they won’t approve my ride until I do. So now not only did I have to spend my time filling out the trip on the app but now I have to do twice the work because now I have to call also, which is absolutely ridiculous because the app is supposed to save you from having to call. And what’s even more ridiculous about this app and this company mtm is the fact that the rides I set up are always to the exact same freaking places I have been going to for the last six years. This app and this company mtm is extremely incompetent

WORKS WELL Most of the Time!
All Apps have issues & bugs, and this one does too. But overall I think it’s allowing me to schedule what I need to do with ease for the most part. If I run into major problems, it’s usually because I am may not have been given enough time in ADVANCE to book my ride from my appointments etc; = with at least the two 2 days ahead required. ** NOTE: Most recently if I have to cancel a trip in order to rebook it, I can’t. I receive an “error message” after I push the SUBMIT button. It basically says that I have to call MTM CS to schedule. I will also add that an update is needed to stop the app from crashing if we try to open it & there’s not enough data available. Thank you 🙏🏼.

I been riding with them for a while now and the services render has been nothing but good excepted one time they driver made me missed my ride to an important dr’s appointment because they decided at the last minute not to take my order and that’s sad completely . How can you cancel a patient ride at the last minute and then show up the next day it definitely don’t work like that. But the drivers I have had has been great and very respectful and friendly. That’s why I’m given you all a five star.

It’s getting better
I am very grateful for this service. However there is still some work to fix in the app. It’s been very difficult to get a hold of a customer service representative last week and as of today the service has been better. The app is very self explanatory and if you make your return ride for a “will call” you can sign in and as soon as you are finished at the appointment you press the “I’m ready” button and your ride comes almost immediately. Thank you Veyo. It’s been amazing with all the very professional drivers that drive for Veyo. They are always polite and personable. Thank you!

I’ve never been able to use this app from the moment I installed it
I keep getting email corrections on MY OWN EMAIL ADDRESS! It’s never allowed me to signup in the app and yet it keeps telling me there’s incorrect information and I need to call customer service so after literally HOURS of nearly losing it I am forced to just call to make my arrangement for a ride. The PW won’t save and it’s literally causing me ANXIETY from HOURS Of basically being called a fraud and a liar about my OWN information! What a waste! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO HAS ANY ISSUES AT ALL WITH ANY TYPE OF STRESS. I can’t even go online to the website! It’s been calling me a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NAME And even though I have had my same phone number for decades, it’s trying to tell me that it is not my phone number. What the heck is wrong of work and I’m just done. I only gave it one star because I had to give it something in order to write a review. It’s actually a -10 stars.

A joke
This company and this app is a joke, not only does it not work properly. I have to call in because for some reason I can’t order my rides on the app. To make it even worse the rides doesn’t come on time and make me late for appointments more than not and the calling process takes too long. If I say agent there should be no reason on why I need to verify my name, birthday etc if I already did that the first time just for me to get in the system.
I had to call multiple times to tell them that I’ll be late if I don’t get a Lyft because the cabs take their time picking me up. Mind you I already stated to the company many times that Lyft is better because they don’t arrive on time. I ended up having to get me a Uber which I wasted over 40 dollars on because they brought me a Lyft like I ASKED for after 3 or so calls. That I practically had to beg for as if they can’t see that the original ride was already late. If you have work with a strict schedule or an important appointment give them an hour or two early notice because you’re 9/10 will be late.

App never works, website isn’t any better
Foster parent user for mileage reimbursement. The app shows I don’t have any members, website says I have 1 (but I have 2) when I click add trip the app says I don’t have active eligibility website won’t even show me where to add a trip. The get help button just says give us a call no number listed. I called the request a ride number to get the tech support number and the young lady who answered said she doesn’t see any problems as my 2 members are in their system. i asked why I can’t see them both or do anything she didn’t know. I then asked to be sent to the next level tech and I got sent to the freakin operator.

Please fix it!
Every time I enter an appointment and go through all the steps to just get to the end and have a pop up message tell me I have to call. Then I call and have to start all over again with the agent as if I never imputed any information. Doesn’t matter if the trip is 3 miles away or 25 miles away. Also when my appts are put into the app by an agent, day comes to day I’m leaving but the app won’t even open with face recognition and then won’t let you input a password, yet it is time to leave for your appointment and you don’t have time to call customer service. Then of course your not reimbursed. Even on the trips were you press I’m leaving and I’m here, they sit in limbo land and are not paid out. I just looked back to march and there are 8 trips that haven’t been paid. Please fix this app!

Heavy Sigh
There are so many apps out there that never for a moment give you trouble but this one is nothing but trouble. Right now it is doing where you take the whole time of keying in every single thing and when you go to hit submit it throws up the number that you have to call and order to get the trip scheduled. I really thought I was going to love this app with being able to schedule the trips on my own at any time of day. But it has been several weeks where every time I attempt to key in all the information it waits till the very end when I hit submit and says that I have to call the trip in. I wish that you guys could really fix this problem.
