Lots of room for basic improvements
Example: Would be nice if you could upload the tickets to Apple wallet.
Fly Logan - terrible app
Very frustrating to use. If Apple had a “zero” star rating, I would select it. Very little workable functionality and plenty of “filler” content. If you’re a regular Logan traveler, most of the content is useless blab. Some of the failings are: 1) when you start the app, click on the Person icon, you’ll see your name. Now go try to buy tickets. Even though you appear to be logged in, you must log in again for the purchase process to consider your profile settings (for example, senior or other discount). By the way, app logs you out after some random time period. 2) If you somehow manage to complete a ticket purchase, try locating the new ticket in the app. You’re still logged in, right? Doesn’t matter. The app now needs to know your name and order number to find the new ticket purchase. Imagine doing all this when you’re in a hurry. In order to actually find the the new ticket, you have to find the purchase confirmation email and click on a link.
My guess is that this app was developed by “somebody’s cousin” of one of the Massport managers, who steered the app software development contract to them. Either that or it could be an unfinished high school project. Who knows. The high schoolers would actually have done a better job with this.

Worthless. No wonder everyone prints their tickets
I can’t begin to express how terrible this app is. It’s simply trying to be than it needs to be. Buy your tickets ahead of time at home and print them or get physical tickets since this app is USELESS
Useless - Need to GPS Logan Express Drivers
The Logan Express drivers constantly miss their departure and arrival times. This app just throws in random times in to looks like it’s operating, but it is not. MassPort/Logan Express holds no one accountable to showing up on their schedule. The employee 77 uses GPS to show where each approaching bus is, which needs to be done with ALL the MassPort buses/shuttles. Too many of them sit over past International, leave their bus unattended which is a security issue. They nap on random areas and miss their times. It’s ridiculous and this app does nothing but show what a security problem the Logan Express drivers are for the whole airport because they are not being monitored.

Invalid data
The posted arrival times are inaccurate and do not reflect any live activity.
Useless for on airport bus schedules.
If you want this for on airport bus times, don’t waiste your time. It’s often wrong.
Not for parking
Made an account for the app but parking button just opened a website that needs its own account. Useless

Most unpleasant airport in America
Boston Logan Is forever in construction. No change there. Their new check-in procedure was very confusing. I had a man kept calling me asking, “ is your bag tagged?”I was on the way to the agent to do that, but he stopped me. Keep asking the same thing. I finally said I don’t know what you mean. He took me to the self check in kiosk. I guess now you have to get your bag tagged at the self check in kiosk before you can even go to the agent to get it weighed. No one smiled ever.
Then the line to the TSA was interminable. The officers are slow and/or bored. Everything is just slow and unpleasant. No smiles anywhere. Of course, I had to be padded down again because of my ostomy.
I got through there and headed to my gate, which was going down a long escalator and then walking a long way. The fast walking lane was disabled. Then going up a very tall escalator. Then more walking.
I found a bathroom with wheelchair access and had to completely replace my ostomy bag. There were no seat covers, the container was empty. The paper towel machine was literally broken so no one could get paper towels from it .The floor was filthy with trash and dirt. Needless to say it was an icky job to try to do my bag and stay clean. It took me almost half an hour.
I then went to buy a bottle of water and find my gate. No one, no one is smiling in this place, no checking people, no store people, no passengers. It’s a very dirty unpleasant place to be. Maybe it’s supposed to be the ethos of Boston to be gritty and dirty. I don’t know, but it’s the most unpleasant airport that I use. I forced myself to smile and be kind everybody, but no one returns the smile. It’s really sad.
Well, sitting at my gate, they were giving all these announcements about what you’re supposed to do at TSA check-in about what you can and cannot have in your bag, etc. etc. What a laugh! That should’ve been the announcement over the TSA check in line.

This app needs work - a lot of work
A difficult app to use and can be frustrating at times. Example 1: I want to use the app to buy a Logan Express bus ticket. I am already logged into the app and if I click on the profile (head/body silouette) icon, I can see my personal information as expected. When I try to buy the ticket, I’m forced to log in again, even though I’m already logged in.
Example 2: Retrieval or display of the ticket purchased is difficult if not impossible. There doesn’t seem to be any way to find a purchased ticket in the app. I’ve had to open the purchase confirmation email to access the ticket QR code. (I’ve also leaned to take an immediate screen shot of the QR code during the purchase process and store it in my iPhone camera roll.) The app is an embarrassment and looks like it was some sort of high school project.

App does not work
My account was deleted, presumably for low use. So I established a new account. But when I tried to log in, the app says my PW or email is incorrect. Not possible: *I saved the login data in my password locker so there are no typos.*
What a waste of time.
