Useless info
Would like to use it for locating express bus and opening tickets I purchased. Does neither. Peabody bus shows three dashes and not spot to store purchased tickets. What is the purpose of the app?

Logan express times almost never accurate, back bay bus barely ever shows up
Almost useless for Logan Express
Bus schedules appear to be update at random and in no relation to actual arrival/departure times. The other info button redirects back to website.
Edit: bus arrival times were accurate in relation to each other. Ex: Framingham 24m Woburn 27m Braintree 30m —> when Woburn showed up 3m after Framingham, and Braintree 3m after that. You can try to use it that way—don’t plan to catch a flight (or train) by it though.

Zero stars
Would give zero stars if I could. Logan express locator does not give real-time locations of buses. Can we also please get rid of the communist Healeys voice.
Not fit for purpose
Time estimates for Logan Express are a joke. Buying a ticket just opens the browser. Worthless and broken app.
Almost useless
I tried to find the schedule on the website multiple times while waiting for a bud at Logan, just to download the app to check the schedule there. Guess what. It brought me to the website.
Why bother?
Terrible iOS integration. No wallet support.

This app doesn’t actually monitor where the busses are. It just cycles through the schedule of where they are supposed to be.
Hard pass
Flaming piece of garbage. Airport stopped posting SL1 bus schedule on the information board, forcing you to download the app. App throws apparently random times (going up and down 2min-20min), and indicates that the bus does not stop in front of 1xx gates of terminal B (it does)
Put it on a website!
“Welcome to our airport - download this app if you want any info!” This is not very useful if you are not familiar with boston.
Massport seems to think continuing to pile more signs and info over what they already have will improve passenger experience rather that taking a wholistic look at the chaos that is that is trying to navigate this airport.
