I was hesitant at first to even work with a factoring company. But OTR makes it very simple! There app interface does need a little work, especially for things like reports or NOA’s but in regards to submitting invoices, it’s super easy. Needs to Login Every Time
Overall app is great. Using it for almost six months. Previously, the app used to remember my login credentials and I didn’t had to type in the email and password for months - just like facebook etc. In this app update, I’m noticing that I have to login every time I open the app. I don’t like to type my email/password 4,5 times in a day just to check broker’s credit rating. Sometimes it’s frustrating. It will be great if it remembers my username/password so I don’t have to type it in every time. Thanks.Show lessہمایوں
Easy to use app
I been using OTR for 2 months and haven’t encountered any major issue. My only complaint is that it makes me log in every time I close the app even if I check off the box “remember me” when I log in. If it wasn’t for that issue I would give this app 5 starsPop 2 the beat
App works great - issues fixed
This app has a straightforward invoice submission experience and an advanced broker credit check feature that I use before running my loads. Fuel finder is also nice to help me find deals on gas while on the road. This app gets the job done and is my one stop shopLast version was better

Great when it works
I’ve counted this isn’t an exaggeration. I’ve tried to upload my RC’s & POD’s 25 times to only have been successful 3 times, 3/25. The other 22 times the app crashes when I press save and sends me to the login screen. When it has worked it’s extremely convenient and straightforward which is great. That’s why I gave a 3/5, please fix the app.Show lessJPXIII
