Inaccurate Timing
Firstly the pickup time is usually abnormally long. Also, if you were given an estimated pick up time, and you start doing other things to meet up with the timing, the estimated time may change to earlier. And the driver will only wait 2 mins even if he is picking 15 mins earlier. Example: I planned to drop kids off in school 8:00am before heading to work. So I booked a ride with estimated pickup 8:17am. The ride arrived 7:58 and waited for 2 mins before leaving. That is 17 mins early. It is tough to work with such a wide change in timelines.
Secondly there is no estimated final destination arrival time at the point of booking. The arrival time you see on booking is the time the driver will be arriving to pick up point.

3 stars only for the drivers who are always kind
This service is of no benefit to those trying to get to work, college or school. It replaced the bus service I once had where I live. It’s very difficult to get a booking due to high demand and the app is inaccurate in informing people when your driver will actually arrive. When you get in the vehicle it’s impossible to know when you will actually reach your destination. I’m rarely ever on time for work. The service has been running since 2020 and it’s not getting any better. I miss having a reliable bus service with a timetable and affordable ticket options. There is not even a day pass option for mk connect unlike for Arriva. I’m sure the service is saving the council money, but at the cost of other peoples’ jobs!

Usually late
Drivers are usually late. The ETA always shows 19 min and it’s being showing this bug since forever. The Cancel ride button doesn’t work in iPhone SE. And it’s not possible to call drivers. An app error it says. Fix this issues please
This app is horrible
It’s impossible to even book a ride, not to mention the inaccurate waiting times the app tells you. I had to wait 20 minutes on a phone call just delete my account because the app is so buggy you can’t even do it yourself without having to contact them.
Waste of time, they should bring the old bus stops back.

MK connect service
When it works well it works really well, however most of the time the MK connect service is unpredictable and cars regularly come much later then expected or much earlier! It’s very hard to judge. The app appears to have a few glitches, I have noticed that it randomly asks for bank approvals, if that happens the chance of you getting any journey is slim.

Majorly flawed design
Ive been having to use this service as buses and trains are no available where I live currently. As a replacement, its been pretty poor.
You have to sit at the app and keep refreshing until something comes up, rather than putting in a request and just keeping it up until its accepted. Whats more, its not reliable at all and completely sporadic in its timings. Its a terrible replacement for core services such as buses and trains.
If this service is to be a more suitable service, this app needs major rework.

Excellent service paid online. Shows you step-by-step where they’re going. Pick up and pick up and drop of destination. Apps easy to use and you can leave a tip. Can’t stress how excellent and easy the services
Spam notifications
I’m sorry, I’m sure the service is very good. But within just days of installing, I had endless notifications begging me to to use the service, with one even saying “was it something that we said?”… come on guys. I know notifications can be turned off but I assumed they should be on for important trip updates. It’s left a sour taste in my mouth and I’ve regrettably uninstalled.

I have now used this service twice and I’m so impressed both times the drivers were friendly and punctual would highly recommend
Using MK connect is worse than having a dog throw up in your mouth
Have literally spent the last hour spam pressing the button to book a ride on this app, and have gotten nowhere. Must’ve pressed it at least 200 times at this point.
I use this service regularly and let me tell you, when it comes to actually booking a ride, they could not make it a worse experience if they tried. Zero reliability. Virtually impossible to get one, and if you’re lucky enough to get through and begin the booking process, more often then not you’ll just end up with the message, “that seat’s gone!”
The actual physical service is good ( although usually late) but the app is a crime against humanity.
