It’s quite good and cheaper but it always comes late from the time they had given. They should increase there drivers and taxis so they can be able to go on time to everywhere. The drivers are really nice to everyone.

Use a different app
When I need to get somewhere I end up having to cancel because I wait 30 mins trying to get a ride, sometimes it even says I have one booked but it just cancels right after.
Eventually if I’m lucky to get one I end up waiting an hour waiting for my driver to show up, the app says it will take 20 mins for them to show up but I’ll end up waiting for 45 mins or more.
Do yourselves a favour and get and download a different app for travels cause this one is never reliable

Ride with MK Connect
Excellent service Door to door pick up and drop off Service with a smile And helpful in getting on the transit and getting off I would recommend this service highly Just be patient in busy period it might take waiting time Thank You Milton Keynes Council To provide MK Connect
Horrible, unreliable
Prepare to wake up 2 hours before your work starts just to waste time attempting my to book a ride just to never have one assigned so you’d have to take a cab you can’t afford.
If you manage to get one, expect to wait 45 minutes for it to show up late, or have it be cancelled on you half way through waiting and replaced with one that is another 45 minutes away.
Poor excuse for a public transport alternative in one of the worst “cities” in this god awful country.

My first time to use
I don’t know if it’s because of my age or my epilepsy or both it can be a bit hard to get grip of how things work on this app but nothing bad about the app
Top rate service most of the time.
Reduced and intermittent bus service makes MK Connect an essential component of the transport mix.
If you can call them problems, only an often lengthy wait of 40 mins and the inability to book whilst on a train which is outside the city limits (thus getting pickup transport shortly after arrival) are nuisances. An excellent service.

Waiting time is the only problem I’ve got.

Door to door service with reasonable fare
I used it for the first time today and very happy with the service. It was literally door to door service with a very reasonable fare. The only downside is that the waiting time isvtoo long. If you have enough time then it's ok but in case you are in hurry or want to save time then it's not practical.
VERDICT: it can be the best mode of public transport in Milton Keynes if the waiting time is short.

Amazing!!!!
I live in Bletchley and work in Wolverton. I don’t drive so I have had to choose between an expensive taxi ride or an hour long bus ride in order to get to work. Not ideal at all.
I discovered MK Connect and I can get to work in the time it takes to go in a taxi for the price of a bus!! Absolutely cracking idea!!!

ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR COLLECTION
Allowed 1 hour but had difficulty booking through app as no taxis - all busy! Phone took 10/15 mins to answer. Eventually sent a car with only one other passenger. Return better once I’d found a better pick up point, rather than walk 1 mile with shopping!
