Billing issues
I was billed for my membership through the website and the app. I’ve tried to get help… But the company won’t respond… The workouts are great. The equipment is great, but the lack of customer service is really frustrating. This is causing me to doubt weather I’ll continue with the product.s. dakota
Love these classes!!!!
The classes within this app are amazing. I love how many options there are and variations of workout types. I did read reviews about others complaining the music is too loud and you can’t hear the instructor over the music so I was worried about that before I started the classes. However, that hasn’t been my experience at all. I can hear the trainers just fine and the music isn’t too loud for me. Love this app so much I’ll be ditching my previous home workout app.Dlyneephoto
