I will say that from the start, the app is horrible and impossible to use. I booked a ride and return for this morning at 9am. The ride disappeared from my upcoming rides and the driver didn’t show up (NOT HIS FAULT!!). I had to book another ride and couldn’t get one until 11:08am. The bus came after 11:30. The driver advised me to cancel my return trip and call when I was ready.
From now on, I will call to make trip arrangements. I will NEVER use the app again!!!Kiddienurse1982
