Reviews of SMART eTickets

  • Missing feature list

Need to add 30 day pass option to app.

Need to add parking space payment option to App.

Need train schedule embedded on APP itself. Current schedule viewing option is just a link to Smart Website for viewing. Problematic if your in a an area with poor cell data reception.
  • Doesn't Work

    Lousy app. Resetting account constantly.
  • Very Basic - just directs you to the website

This app is extremely basic, and not very useful if you’re trying to use it for scheduling and connections.

When you click the link to schedules, it takes you to their website. The schedule on the website is not smart device friendly, so it’s very difficult to navigate, especially if you’re trying to get a connection.

Very limited scheduling for ridership, but that’s a different topic.
