I will say that from the start, the app is horrible and impossible to use. I booked a ride and return for this morning at 9am. The ride disappeared from my upcoming rides and the driver didn’t show up (NOT HIS FAULT!!). I had to book another ride and couldn’t get one until 11:08am. The bus came after 11:30. The driver advised me to cancel my return trip and call when I was ready.
From now on, I will call to make trip arrangements. I will NEVER use the app again!!!

Not for me, who am on the route of the Bethesda Circulator. Pingo worked only the very first time. Since then every request has gotten the response “outside the operational area,” which it is not. Please help.

It won’t let me log on my phone, but using the same credentials my partner’s phone logged in right away. Not exactly useful if they aren’t around
