The application is really useful for people in communities with poor transit. Really happy Pingo came to Bainbridge
Scheduled a ride 6 hours before I needed it for 3pm. I was in the Boise airport flying to Seattle.
When I landed the app showed my confirmed ride at 2pm ! I scrambled and called to get this fixed. They were able to cancel the 2pm but could not reschedule me for 3.
It’s apparent that the app does not take time zones into account Boise is an hour ahead. I could not find a way to contact the developer but this should get fixed!

Thanks again for continuing to Ride Pingo! -SarahCould be an okay app but refuses to work when there is an active VPN on my phone. No VPN, no problem. Any VPN, app hangs on the map display. Since I’m not going to stop using a VPN just for this app I just deleted the app.

There is a “next” arrow at the bottom of the screen, just off screen. Scrolling is “springy”. So I can scroll to SEE the next button, but when I release scroll the screen springs back to where I can no longer see it so I can’t CLICK on it.
This is the quality I would expect from spending called “Ride Pingo” which made my wife and I both laugh when I first said it out loud.
Sadly I cannot give it 0 stars and still write a review, so they get 1 for “can’t even register to use the application” out of 5.

We're sorry signup hasn't worked for you! We are working to improve the signup process and are grateful for your feedback - we expect the untappable "next" button issue you described in your review to be fixed around mid January.
In the meantime, you should be able to reduce your text size so you can tap the next button to complete the signup process. To do this, you need to go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Text Size and then slide the text size down a few notches.

Thanks again for taking the time to provide feedback!I’d advise a “trial” run to get familiar with the app. Tip: If your address doesn’t work in the app, try using nearby intersection. Also, schedule a day ahead to get the day/time you need, if possible. You can schedule the same day, but time may be a little later if it gets booked up. Very pleased to have this service!
Can’t schedule a ride, or even see service area on the map.
Amazing idea for an app. I can’t use it though because it’s not available where I live. Doesn’t mean I should rank it down a star just because it’s a small business!!
I use Pingo to get to work and the drivers are kind and fast. Lots of features compared to other apps and has a very cute design with lots of nice illustrations
