  • Take advantage of the afternoon ride

If you’re in a hurry, and would like to get to work on time in the morning, I would avoid Pingo, otherwise you would most likely end up late. Somehow I am under the impression that the driver in the early morning shift (around 6-6:30am, in my area) tried to avoid picking me up, as making a turn at a corner could be a bit challenging for him. I made the conclusion by tracking (multiple times) how he drove around in the area. I wish I were wrong!

However, if you are going home from Kent Transition Station, Pingo is absolutely a great option, not only can you get home a lot quicker, but the drivers in the afternoon/evening shifts are professional, pleasant, with great attitude, and fun to ride with. Great experience with the pm drivers. Thank you Pingo!

  • PINGO App

I just found out about PINGO. It’s a great idea. I did some research to find out more about PINGO. I was a bit difficult to find the answers. For starters, PINGO is a transit 🚌 & a cheap phone communications company. The app needs a bit more added to it. Customer Service (King County Metro) never answers the phone call. PINGO Corporation has no direct line. Maybe add a email to contact PINGO directly. How do I know that PINGO is on its way to pick me up, especially in severe weather conditions(🔥⛈❄️🌬)? Do riders get notified via there phone/ App?
  • N/A for iPhone SE First Gen

Hope I can use this with my older phone someday!
  • Quick and Easy!

Here on Bainbridge, I needed a quick ride to the ferry and PINGO was there quick! I also don’t have to worry about driving home from my event now or hoping Uber will work. I am excited for this app and Kitsap Transit.

Great idea all and thank you so much!
  • Does not open in my hotel

I am staying in the Hilton America’s and the app will not open.
  • Very pleasant experience

I have taken a few Pingo rides in Houston and it’s great. The drivers are friendly and rides are fast and reliable even though I was sharing the vehicle with other riders for part of my trip as well. I will definitely be using this service more often. I wish they would provide Pingo in more places!!
  • Future of transit

Living in Houston getting around can be tough and there are spots in between that are to short to Uber but no city metro transit.

Enter Pingo. A great middle ground between the two. It’s currently operating between Downtown, Midtown and EaDo. Nice, easy pick-up process. Nice electric vehicles and completely covered in case it’s raining.

I hope the city finds a way to keep them around forever.
  • Great service

Was in downtown Houston for the week and used this service. They are new but it was a really great experience ! Would recommend 10/10
  • Fantastic App!

Used this on a trip to Houston. Great alternative to Other ride shares. Super easy to use. Love the visuals. Pick up and drop off experience better than expected for ride sharing. Wish they’d bring this to my home town!
