At first, it was good. I earned over 500 points and was finnally qualified for payout. However, it said the money was sent but I didn’t see it anywhere on my PayPal account. Then, while I’m half way through a survey, it kicks me out and says I didnt qualify. And lastly, just on my 3rd day of having the app, my acc got log out of and said I can no longer particepate in surveys. I contacted support and still haven’t heard anything back from them. HORRIBLE APP DO NOT WASTE YO TIME!

Too glitchy to use
Any time I tried to take a survey that requires typing in a text box, clicking the text box immediately crashed the survey. Just use the browser version, this app doesn’t work at all.
Ok app
App freezes and kicks you out of way to many surveys after completing them. Very friendly.
Just the app version.
I been using brand survey for maybe 2 weeks and I am almost to gold. But the App version always kicks me out when a text box is prompted. I highly suggest though to still use brand survey, but not the the mobile version. If you got a computer or laptop stick to that. But if a mobile version your looking for than look for another. Eureka has a great mobile version. The experience i had it takes longer to reach the $10 threshold compared to brand surveys $5 but that’s not because the smaller amount. brand survey point yield are bigger and much faster than Eureka.

Does not work
After completing several surveys just for it to glitch at the end and not give any points I believe it’s nothing more than a way to add cookies and track your information

Update your app, get different questions for the surveys!! They all ask the same thing

The first few surveys were great. Earned just over 150 points. Then all the surveys I took afterwards just kept knocking me out of the survey. Mostly, I just click on the blank box on one of the questions to fill in my answer where it tells you to fill in an answer, and that would somehow cause it to knock me out of the survey and back to the dashboard. That happened on about 4 consecutive surveys, so I just decided to be done with it and deleted the app. Definitely would not recommend unless they somehow fix that issue of getting booted out without even filling in an answer to one of the questions.

Survey crashes
Almost every time I get a chance to do a big survey and I’m about half way done it just quits working so I have to leave the survey and don’t get any thing from the questions I already answered

I have made 400 with them but On the website it’s better then the app
It only works sometimes
It will allow you to spend 5 to 10 mins and then all off a sudden it kicks you out. It’s difficult to find a survey that works all the way without kicking you out. Too many bugs. Definitely not going to make as much as they claim and it’s only after you are somehow able to complete 15 surveys that you see any kind of results but once it kicks you 30 times it almost doesn’t seem worth it.
